    This is my third or fourth attempt at a log on here. Each time I have logged I have seen modest success, but lose interest and regress when I stop logging. So, for my own personal progress, I will try to maintain a log on here.

    Since my last logs I got a new, good job, but it's a cubicle job and I have probably gained 15-20 lbs, and am now 254 lbs. It has been pretty bad on my PE. I have also lost any stamina in bed too, and sex has been quite infrequent due to a lack of confidence.

    So, the main goal of this log is to get my confidence back, and start screwing the wife more and more.

    The mechanisms to get this confidence back are:
    1. PE
    2. Lose weight
    3. Gain stamina

    The methods for each of the above are:
    1. PE:
    -15 minutes kegels each day
    -5-10 minutes jelq every other day
    -5-10 minutes bathmate every other day

    2. Lose weight:
    -Cut out the beers
    -Do weight watchers

    3. Gain stamina
    -45-60 minutes rk each day
    -lose weight
    -have sex twice a week
    -edge 60 minutes in between ejaculating (getting used to the sensation without cumming)
    -get a bathmate
    -practice RKs during stimulation

    Beginning metrics (9/6/14):
    BPEL: 5.75"
    MSEG: 4.625"
    Sex Frequency: ~twice a month
    Stamina Avg: ~3 minutes

    Day 1 is in the books. It was a productive day. I got the bathmate and used it for a couple minutes. Nothing too crazy. I want to keep using it in moderation, and avoid super high vacuum levels.

    I also had sex at night, and it was extremely brief (maybe 2 minutes). This was the first time during sex I tried to do hard reverse kegels to last longer and I simply could not. This is a good place to start I guess, because I can't get much worse at it. I have planned for at least a couple of months during sex I am going to focus on the technique of reverse kegels. Mine currently just are not good enough to counter-act my arousal.

    My wife and I have also scheduled (3) days a week for sex as we are so inconsistent. Hopefully this helps with stamina.

      Okay guys, 2 weeks in and some decent results. I have done the bathmate pretty much every other day, and my edging has been about 20-25 minutes every other day. I haven't taken any measurements, but my EQ has improved.

      The only metrics I can currently provide are:
      1. Down 2.6 lbs
      2. I have increased my load distance and volume

      I will follow up in a couple of weeks, as it's better to see improvement on the whole, rather than daily.
