Over a month ago I started using the Bathmate. Before that I was 1 month to perform basic exercises for penis enlargement. I decided that now I start with both exercises. Here I will describe my daily routine and progress.
Day 1 - 09/21/2014
1) I started with a 5 minute warm-up
2) then the basic stretching in all directions (5x10s)
3) Helicopter shake for 30 seconds,
4) then wet jelqs (to start 30x)
5) again for 30 seconds Helicopter shake
6) again 3 minute warm-up.
Then I started using the Bathmate. To begin with 3 repetition after 4 minutes (pressure approx. 160 mm). During each repetitionand in the end Hot Kegel clench (60x 1s).
My current size:
BPEL - 6.3
EC- 4.6
