I've been away on a short vaca but have kept up my routine just like before

Looking into getting a lengthmaster. It is pricey though. seems like a great tool. have watched some vids on it but wishing it was cheaper.

have still been doing the same routine. my ESL tore so i am now using my extender more and back to the ACE bandage all other times.

I measured 4 days again and my NBPEL is up 5/16"!!! my girth is up 1/8"!!! I am really excited about this. I plan to keep this same routine up through the years end.

Thanks! After taking those measurements and seeing gains I actually told my brother about PE and he is going to be starting. He may have already signed up for PEgym

I have been keeping up with my routine. I bought a lengthmaster and I am really liking it so far. Makes manual stretching MUCH easier. Hopefully this will help to keep me gaining!
