    My current routine is a bit unpredictable. I know consistency is key, but for now I am happy with the results I am getting. 5 or 6 days a week I do a few sets of 30-45 second stretches, up, down, left, right at maximum intensity before it becomes painful. I usually follow those with 50-100 circular stretches (not sure exactly what they are called, 360 degrees, full stretch held throughout). Finally, 200 to 300 wet jelqs. Then I do a 15 minute Bathmate session, and I'm done. That's my "official" routine. I also stretch, jelq, and generally manually-admire my penis often throughout the day. I stretch, jelq, erect bend, edge, squeeze, etc, whenever conditions are right and the urge strikes. I go entirely by feel, don't worry about time or reps, and omit any kind of warm up/down.

    I have been performing these exercises for years, on and off. I only recently decided to start working on getting into a routine and trying to make what I would consider major gains.

    What I have noticed since I started following this current "routine" is that my EQ has been steadily increasing in ways I really didn't think that it could. All I can say is that I thought I could achieve an erection before. But apparently I didn't know what an erection was. Only a month ago I wanted a bigger penis. Now my goals have changed a bit. I want a Frightening Cock! I want to get into such a condition that when a woman looks upon my dick her first impression is, "okay, it's a decent size."             So, thanks to all the awesome people I have run into here, I have decided to follow a more structured program and stick with it.

            Here's my plan:
            Basic Wet Jelq, 5 Sets, 600 Reps
            Basic Stretch, 500 in each direction

            Okay, seriously, nothing crazy. :P
            Basic Stretch, Up, Down, Left, Right, 30 seconds each, 3 times.
            Rotary Stretch (I now think they're called), 50.
            Basic Jelq, 250.
            Bathmate 3 sets, 5 min each, fully erect, low pressure.
            1 day on, 1 day off.

            It's important to set a routine that I know I can stick with, rather than set the bar too high and have a trail of abandoned efforts behind me. I already have enough of that trail to contend with. So I am doing what's well within my comfort zone for now, to get into a habit of doing it. Takes 21 days to make a habit right? Here's hoping for the best. And the best gain I can get right now, is just sticking to it.

                  Quick update: So far I'm sticking with it. I really do like to abuse my penis. I still give a few extra stretches, jelqs, squeezes, etc, when the opportunity presents itself. So essentially, I am doing some form of PE every day. But I'm sticking with the formal schedule, and that feels like an accomplishment.

                  I am thinking about getting some cable clamps in a few weeks. I might go ahead and give Jumper Cable Clamping a try as well. Maybe not.

                    Bathmate Experiment:
                    I've been doing various forms of Bathmate experimentation. You know, time, amount of pressure, warm bleach, etc. Here's what I've noticed. I gave up worrying about the mm marks along the tube, and just started going by feel so as not to produce excess lymph fluid or other weirdness. I'm at the point now where I am doing 20-25 minutes with low pressure. I am not getting any negative PIs.

                    I have been measuring EG after every session with not even the slightest change. Not surprising right? Here's the weird part. The Bathmate seems smaller to me. There has been an obvious change in "pumped girth" in the tube. It disappears when the vacuum is released. But girthwise, while pumping, there is more expansion. I don't know if this is normal when pumping. But it seems like a good thing. I'm sticking with low pressure, for a single 20 minutes or longer set. Here's hoping for big gains! I'll let you know.

                    Motivation:
                    If you don't already, after a good workout, take some time to admire your glistening penis in the mirror.                           Edit: This is definitely TLDR for me. You should avoid reading this. Seriously. I won't be offended.

                          I've stuck with my "routine" for a while. And i have a few things to say. Talking about personal issues can sometimes be easy, but sometimes, there are weird little things that might be difficult to talk about. I've rambled on across this site. I've discussed personal shit via posts, blogging, and PM's. But for some reason I never really wanted to discuss this particular issue. I think it's about time, even thought I'm uncomfortable with it. And it's stupid to be uncomfortable with this, but some things just irrationally grab us and have a hold, even if it makes no sense at all. So here's my dark secret (one of 'em anyway). I learned about PE years ago. I'd say it was around 2004. There was a website, for those that have been in the game that long, Cheeky Cherry (sp?). I don't think it exists now, but that's where I first heard about jelqing and stretching. I never really bought into these manual exercises as a way to make one's penis grow. But I tried some of them, and I was impressed with the way my penis looked while performing jelqs. Stretching? lol, not so much. Over the years, I have not followed a dedicated routine, but after masturbating, I've jelqed, squeezed, and generally abused the motherfucking hell out of my penis. I think this practice, over a period of years, has led to some gains. And that's what really made me think this stuff worked. It inspired me to join this site. I'm really glad that I did.                           Don't worry, we're in the home stretch. Today I tried something I never thought I would try. The only description I can give it is clamped edging. I've read a tiny bit about this before. But HOLY MOTHERFUCKER! I feel like I have found the Holy Grail of girth exercises with clamped edging. I already told you my penis is made of unobtanium, so please don't feel the need to warn me against injury. I know my body, and even if I don't, I won't listen. I'm following this bitch to whatever end game it presents. I cannot believe the massive girth increase I got from clamping and then Flehslighting. I want to try clamped fucking at this point. The immediate girth gain is insane. Clamped edging with a Fleshlight is my new drug of choice. And on to the final paragraph.

                          I'm going to take some time to figure out how I want to incorporate this into Bathmate pumping, stretching, jelqing, and generally squeezing and tugging the crap out of my dick. At this time, I feel like if I keep this up, I am going to reach my goal of 5.5" girth. And who knows, maybe I'll go for more after that. But Yo yo yo, I'm hooked! I don't recommend this to anyone. That's why it's in my own personal log (I always find it funny that we keep "logs" about our dicks. ). But for me, clamped edging is what my mad scientist brain wishes to explore. And I believe this will lead to my monster cock faster than anything else.

                            There is a saying that goes around here, You better start a log to have a log, or something to that extent.

                            You can recondition your penis to be more sensitive to a vagina once again, use a light grip, and plenty of lube when masturbating/edging, some say stay away from it for a while first. Also working on your pelvic floor will help you get more control and EQ!

                              Thank you MrB8! Like so many other things in life, if you find a way to hold yourself accountable, you tend to make progress.

                              I really only mentioned this stuff to illustrate that even though I am a noob here, I have what could be considered advanced conditioning.

                              Light grip. lol. That might be like telling a heroine addict to use it in moderation. Which is why I got a Fleshlight.

                              I have to confess this. Half the info I wrote was written with, "if MrB8 catches me doing dangerous advanced level stuff without conditioning, I'm going to be in trouble." Love ya man! Seriously. You ARE PEGym!
