    1x14min (7.5lbs/SD) 2x10min breaks
    5min warmdown

    -Edged for 40mins came after.
    -Attached hanger closer to glans.
    -Had to stop because all I felt was my shaft and glans being compressed and pulled on. Nothing from ligs. Gotta work on my technique.

        3x10min (3.75-5lbs/SD) 2x10min breaks
        5min warmdown

        -Dropped some weight to work on wrapping with a single 2in strip of SS.
        -1st set was 10mins with 5lbs.
        -Still noticed some discomfort in glans at 5lbs, not as much with 3.75lbs.
        -Weight obviously felt light at 3.75 but, the intent is to focus on good technique.

          -Felt a good stretch (No discomfort during 1st set) from changes.
          -Edged for 30mins and came the night before.
          -During the 2nd set my dick felt thinner due to blood leaving my shaft. During the end of 2nd set I noticed an odd feeling in my glans (watch for similar signs in the future).

            Took some time off and now I'm back but with a different hanger, LG Hanger . Felt tempted, so I decided to give it a go. So today was my first day with the LG and everything (I'd say) went very well. So without further ado.....

            -Started with a 10min warmup (tub)
            -Pumped vacuum to 3 Hg
            -Did 6 x 20min sets (2hrs total) with 5-10min breaks in between but with the chamber still on.
            -Gotta wrap better (felt some vacuum pressure around the tip of my glans. Afterwards I noticed my glans were ENORMOUS and my shaft was very puffy. As of now (about 45mins after hanging) the puffiness has went down, so obviously no negative signs!

              (Split up my 2hr session-noon and late evening)
              3x20min (1hr) SD with 3lbs / 5min breaks
              -Pumped to about 3-3 1/2 hg
              -Felt minor pressure around my glans.
              -After doing 3x20min sets, my glans and shaft were puffy but not as much compared to yesterday.

              (Starting 2nd set)
              -I still feel pressure on the tip of my glans while hanging.
              -Didn't feel as much pressure on the tip of my glans while hanging, also I did take the chamber off during my breaks.
              -Second day of hanging and everything felt very good.
              -Puffiness was minumal because I split my sets (by 1hr) and because I didn't hang 2hrs all in 1 sit in (will keep doing this until conditioned).

                (Afternoon set)
                3x20mins (SD/3lbs)
                Pumped to 2Hg

                -Glans were a little tender from edging and coming twice yesterday.

                (Late evening set)
                Pumped to about 2 1/2-3Hg
                2x30mins (SD/3lbs)

                -Glans felt good after 20mins and kept going till I reached 30mins.
                -Glans were not that puffy after! For now when pumping the chamber I'm aiming for 3Hg and no more until I increase weight by a few pounds!

                  SD/3lbs
                  Hang time 30mins, then 1Hr straight (Felt pretty good the entire hr, felt a little fatigue towards to the end.)

                  (Second set)
                  2x45mins (Felt fatigue the last 12mins of 2nd 45mins)
                  Pumped to about 3Hg

                  -Hung for 3hrs today.

                          Hung for 3.5hrs.

                          Suspensory Ligs felt tight/tender through out the day. A good sign that vacuum hanging is working!

                                2.5hrs (1hr then 1.5 straight) Hung BTC and SD to mix up my angles since I really felt the tender feeling during first set.
