Hi, finally i will start a progress log and i need some advice. I began PE one year ago but i really PEing just 4-5 months because i was overwhelmed by so many exercises/devices .
My last month routine consisted in 20 min stretching/15-20 jelquing and 10-30 min edging . Last days i begin to use phallosan forte again but yesterday i pumped wrong and i got a ugly bruising . Right now i am recovering until bruise will disapear and i want to commit to a better routine who suits my goals.
My gains are 0.7 inch in BPEL and 0 girth , but i think they were most improved EQ. My goals are 7 NBPEL (6 right now) and 5 MEG (4.2-4.3 now).
I have a leluv pump (i think it's broken cuz i can't see the pressure, the switch or "needle" don't know how to explain better , don't move) and a phallosan forte , lucky me i won one because is so damn expansive .
Sorry for big post , but i didn't want to make another introduction thread , so i merged them . Have a good day
    Starting stats : BPEL-5.75 , MEG-4.1
    Current stats : BPEL-6.3,MEG-4.3

Hi. Today i started again to pe after injury(ugly bruise from pumping, holy sh*t for a moment i thought i damaged srsly sth,but with rest and heat and shea butter i am back to normal) .
warm up + 15 min pumping in the morning (i plan to add pumping progressively , i will pump 15 min twice/week)
warm up + 10 min basic stretching + 10 wet jelq.
My eq still sucks and i'm trying to condition for further advanced exercises.

Follow a manual routine such as JP90 until you stop gaining then introduce pumping if you wish.

Hi xplicit. I had similar stats as you and i have gained from the JP90 after a month. That was despite taking 11 days off for illness and some other small breaks. It might be worth starting will a lower set of jelqs, maybe 60-80 instead of 150 and working it up week by week but if the full 150/90 is alright for you then keep going with it Good luck buddy!

P.S. Technique is very important. Quality of jelqing is always better than quantity of poor jelqing.
