  • My Progress Log

    Hi,

I have been reading the forum on and off for a couple of years now, I am now ready to start and make some changes in my life.

I've been ill for a good few years throughout my 20's.. It has meant I have had close to zero patience and low motivation for anything like this or going to gym and keeping in shape, I put some weight on and was quite chubby at one point. I am now getting my energy levels back and have started going for runs, I have also joined a gym down the road from me that is 24 hours, which will fit my sometimes odd sleeping patterns.

I am 30 Next June, I don't wan't to get old and to never of seriously trained and got into shape, I know just how good it will feel to be at the peak of my fitness but not just that, to have a good length and girth. I want to get ripped. I am now working again after being ill for so long so I have this side of my life moving, starting a business. So lets do this.

My starting stats are as such (will add these as I do them)

    FG 4.6
    FL 4.0
    EG 5.5

Will take accurate length measurements later prior to starting my routine.

    I am going to do a 5 minute warmup - 5 minute stretching - 10 minute jelquing - 5 min warm down.

Will be doing this one day on one day off.
