  • Fleisch's Progress Log

Skipping the backstory and just getting to the meat and potatoes, so to speak.

I started doing PE on December 2nd, 2009 and have kept detailed logs of every PE workout I have done so far. I am following a 2 on, 1 off schedule and have not missed a single workout yet. For the first 5 weeks (Dec 2nd through January 5th, 24 workouts) I did the following workout:

Warmup - 15 minutes (rice sock)
Stretch - 2 sets of Up, Down, Left, Right, Straight @ 30 seconds each (take 5-10 second breaks between stretches)
    Jelqing - 10 minutes - 2-3 second jelqs @ ~50% errection using a lube gel
Kegel - 50 kegels (2 seconds) before session, 50 kegels (2 seconds) after session

Starting on January 7th, 2009 (so far 4 workouts) I switched up my workout to the following:

Warmup - 15 minutes (rice sock)
Stretch - 3 sets of Up, Down, Left, Right, Straight @ 30 seconds each (take 5-10 second breaks between stretches)
Bends - 2 sets of Up, Down, Left, Right @ 20 seconds each (take 5-10 second breaks between stretches)
    Jelqing - 15 minutes - 2-3 second jelqs @ ~50% errection using baby oil
Kegel - 60 kegels (4 seconds) before session, 60 kegels (4 seconds) after session

I decided to change over to Johnson's Baby Oil (with Aloe Vera & Vitamin E) and I am really glad I did! I don't have to use as much, I don't have to reapply every 2 minutes, I get a better grip now, and the heat that is generated alone is astonishing. I think the extra heat will really help with gains. I also fully recommend to anyone NOT using a rice sock to START using a rice sock. I tried the towel method my first session and it was a pain in the ass and worthless, honestly. Just make one, throw it in the microwave, and use it! If you live with others and someone asks what you are doing just say it is for your neck, elbow, knee, ankle, or whatever since rice socks can be used therapeutically.

Because I am so anal when it comes to doing everything exactly by the book (I am a bodybuilder and never sacrifice form for added weight), I actually watch netflix on my xbox and keep the timer up so I literally am doing everything for as long as I say. Again, I recommend anyone having issues with an exact method of keeping time to try this process out.

Now for measurements. I wanted to be exact with my measurements, so I measured 3 individual times before I started doing any PE and took the average. I only had a 2/16 difference between the "biggest" and "smallest" measurement. I also used to turtle quite a lot, but that hasn't been happening as much since I started PE. Anyway, here are my measurements as they were on December 1st, 2009:

    NBPFL: 3 3/4
    BPFL: 4 1/4
    FG: 3 5/16
    NBPEL: 5 1/4
    BPEL: 5 3/4
    EG: 4 3/4

Small measurements, I know. Everyone has to start somewhere. I took measurements again on January 6th, approximately 5 weeks of PE workouts and before I started my improved workout:

    NBPFL: 4 1/2
    BPFL: 4 3/4
    FG: 4
    NBPEL: 5 3/4
    BPEL: 6 1/4
    EG: 5

Changes, not very big but better than nothing! So from these measurements, I have gained 1/2 to my FL, 11/16 to my FG, 1/2 to my EL, and 1/4 to my EG. An added benefit having a longer hang during the day. Just a half an inch makes a huge difference!

So I guess that is it for now. Looking forward to the next month's gains!

A full month has passed since I last updated my progress log. Although I have only measured twice so far (I really have to force myself not to), I think I might go ahead and update and measure every 2 weeks starting today. Oh, and I went ahead and switched to using decimals to show my stats versus using fractions to make it easier. Here are my current stats:

    FEB 7, 2010
    FSL: 6.875
    NBPFL: 4.625
    BPFL: 4.875
    FG: 4.25
    NBPEL: 6
    BPEL: 6.5
    EG: 5.125

Changes this time were 1/8 to my FL, 1/4 to my FG, 1/4 to my EL, and 1/8 to my EG. I have to be quite honest that I am shocked to see that I have gained 3/4 to my EL and 3/8 to my EG since I started! I can't wait to see what my results will be like in 6 months.

I decided to start traction wrapping twice a day for about 90 minutes at a time and I think that it has helped quite a bit with my turtling. Even though I only gained 1/8 to my FL, I can definitely say it looks and feels like I gained much more just because I have reduced the amount of turtling. I still turtle at certain points of the day, but it does happen much less frequent now so I can't complain.

After reading through the forum, I noticed a lot of people said to watch their FSL, as that is a great way to know when gains are coming. I went ahead and measured my FSL and was surprised to see it was just shy of 7 inches. While I didn't measure my stretched length before I started (really wish I had!), I can say that I am 90% sure that it was just at or slightly over 6", so I think my FSL has gotten significantly longer since I started PEing. I guess that is a good sign?

I have been jelqing a little bit different for the past week. I read that harder errections during jelqing leads to girth, while softer errections are more for length, so I thought I would mix it up to see what happens. I have been starting with a 90% errection and jelq for 5 minutes, then let it down to about 60% where I jelq for the remaining 10 minutes. I haven't seen any negative PIs so far from this change, except for being more sore about 3-4 hours after. Of course, I am not sore when it comes time for my next PE session (2 on, 1 off), so I am going to continue with the change.

Two more weeks have gone by since my last update. Here are my updated stats:

        FEB 21,2010
        FSL: 6.875
        BPFL: 5
        FG: 4.375
        BPEL: 6.625
        EG: 5.125

I stopped measuring non-bone pressed measurements as I don't see the point in doing it since it will vary depending on my body weight. Anyway, it looks like I managed some gains this time, with a 2/16 gain to my FL, 2/16 to my FG, and 2/16 to my EL. I only have one more week to go from today before I hit my 90-day mark, so I will be re-evaluating my workout then and change my routine up.

My first short-term goal was to gain an inch in length (which would happen at 6.75) and .5 inch in girth (need to be 5.25). I won't be hitting either at the end of my 90 day routine, but from the looks of it I should be able to achieve that goal by the end of my 4th month.

Alright, it has been a *really* long time since I last posted. I'll get into why, but first let me throw out my 90-day results. I completed JP's 90-day routine on March 1st, 2010. I took these measurements the day after my last 90-day program workout (all measurements are bone-pressed):

          March 1st, 2010
          • FSL: 6.875
          • FL: 5.13
          • FG: 4.44
          • EL: 6.63
          • EG: 5.125

Nice gains, overall, and especially great since it only took 90 days of hard work to achieve! Now, what has been going on since then? Well, after about 2 days of starting my new routine (detailed later in post) I unfortunately got so busy with an illness in the family I was unable to find time for PE. It sucked, but things happen! Even though I didn't have time for a normal routine I was, however, able to find time to do a maintenance routine (2-3 quick sessions a week) to ensure I didn't lose any of my gains. I also traction wrapped for a few hours a day to try to help make up for the lack of exercise. I measured randomly during my maintenance routine and luckily I didn't lose any of my gains, so that is something to be happy with. Believe it or not, I actually gained. Here are my stats as of Monday:

          April 26th, 2010
          • FSL: 7.25
          • FL: 5.25
          • FG: 4.44
          • EL: 6.75
          • EG: 5.125

Little surprised I gained so much to my FSL. I suppose the extra time to recover really helped out, along with the traction wrapping. One thing I have noticed is that my girth measurements aren't budging, besides the jump that I attribute to the initial shock of starting PE. However, my theory on that is that I probably won't start gaining beyond what it is now until I focus primarily on girth exercises. Since I am gaining length, I figure I am also gaining girth since my dick isn't thinning out at all. I think once I hit 7.5 EL I will do maintenance for length and focus on girth for a month or two and see what happens. Anyway, back on track.

After 2 months of maintenance, things are mostly back to normal now so I can start my full PE routine back up. I figured I would start off where I left off, the routine I was going to start once I finished my 90-day tour:

3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off (to make it match up to a week)
          • Warmup - 15-20 minutes (rice sock)
          • Stretch - 5 sets of Up, Down, Left, Right, Straight @ 30 seconds each (take 5 second breaks between)
          • Tunica Tugs - 5 reps @ 30 seconds each (take 5 second breaks between)
          • Squeezes - 5 reps @ 30 seconds each (take 5 second breaks between)
          • Jelqing - 15 minutes - 5 second jelqs @ 50% errection

And this is what I am doing 6 days a week (with Sundays off):

          • Traction Wrapping - 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the evening

I started doing this routine on Monday (April 26th) and haven't shown any negatives, so it looks like that I am good to go. I will measure again in 2 weeks from Monday. Wish me luck!

Didn't measure on the two week mark this last time even though I did see improvement. Figured I would just go ahead and wait another 2 weeks before posting. That date came and went, apparently, as I completely forgot to measure! Ha. Here are my updated measurements, 5 weeks from my last post:

            June 30th, 2010
            • FSL: 7.38
            • FL: 5.38
            • FG: 4.5
            • EL: 7.00
            • EG: 5.25

Some gains across the boards this time. My EL (BP) finally hit 7 inches, which means I actually managed to hit one of the goals I set when I started, which is awesome. I also gained some girth (finally), albeit not much, but that IS expected. Looks like the squeezes and extra jelqing is adding up.

            Here is my current program:

3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off (to make it match up to a week)
            • Warmup - 15-20 minutes (rice sock)
            • Stretch - 5 sets of Up, Down, Left, Right, Straight @ 30 seconds each (take 5 second breaks between)
            • Tunica Tugs - 6 reps @ 30 seconds each (take 5 second breaks between)
            • Squeezes - 6 reps @ 30 seconds each (take 5 second breaks between)
            • Jelqing - 20 minutes - 5 second jelqs @ 60% errection
            • Clamping - 2 reps @ 8 minutes each (take a 10 minute break between)
            • Traction Wrapping - 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the evening

I decided to add clamping to my program as of a week ago, and the feeling of having a completely rock hard dick is crazy! Trust me when I say I am being really careful with this exercise, though. I read the clamping guide at least 10 times before even thinking about doing it, as well as a couple random threads on the topic. Alright, until next time!
