Skipping the backstory and just getting to the meat and potatoes, so to speak.
I started doing PE on December 2nd, 2009 and have kept detailed logs of every PE workout I have done so far. I am following a 2 on, 1 off schedule and have not missed a single workout yet. For the first 5 weeks (Dec 2nd through January 5th, 24 workouts) I did the following workout:
Warmup - 15 minutes (rice sock)
Stretch - 2 sets of Up, Down, Left, Right, Straight @ 30 seconds each (take 5-10 second breaks between stretches)
Jelqing - 10 minutes - 2-3 second jelqs @ ~50% errection using a lube gel
Kegel - 50 kegels (2 seconds) before session, 50 kegels (2 seconds) after session
Starting on January 7th, 2009 (so far 4 workouts) I switched up my workout to the following:
Warmup - 15 minutes (rice sock)
Stretch - 3 sets of Up, Down, Left, Right, Straight @ 30 seconds each (take 5-10 second breaks between stretches)
Bends - 2 sets of Up, Down, Left, Right @ 20 seconds each (take 5-10 second breaks between stretches)
Jelqing - 15 minutes - 2-3 second jelqs @ ~50% errection using baby oil
Kegel - 60 kegels (4 seconds) before session, 60 kegels (4 seconds) after session
I decided to change over to Johnson's Baby Oil (with Aloe Vera & Vitamin E) and I am really glad I did! I don't have to use as much, I don't have to reapply every 2 minutes, I get a better grip now, and the heat that is generated alone is astonishing. I think the extra heat will really help with gains. I also fully recommend to anyone NOT using a rice sock to START using a rice sock. I tried the towel method my first session and it was a pain in the ass and worthless, honestly. Just make one, throw it in the microwave, and use it! If you live with others and someone asks what you are doing just say it is for your neck, elbow, knee, ankle, or whatever since rice socks can be used therapeutically.
Because I am so anal when it comes to doing everything exactly by the book (I am a bodybuilder and never sacrifice form for added weight), I actually watch netflix on my xbox and keep the timer up so I literally am doing everything for as long as I say. Again, I recommend anyone having issues with an exact method of keeping time to try this process out.
Now for measurements. I wanted to be exact with my measurements, so I measured 3 individual times before I started doing any PE and took the average. I only had a 2/16 difference between the "biggest" and "smallest" measurement. I also used to turtle quite a lot, but that hasn't been happening as much since I started PE. Anyway, here are my measurements as they were on December 1st, 2009:
NBPFL: 3 3/4
BPFL: 4 1/4
FG: 3 5/16
NBPEL: 5 1/4
BPEL: 5 3/4
EG: 4 3/4
Small measurements, I know. Everyone has to start somewhere. I took measurements again on January 6th, approximately 5 weeks of PE workouts and before I started my improved workout:
NBPFL: 4 1/2
BPFL: 4 3/4
FG: 4
NBPEL: 5 3/4
BPEL: 6 1/4
EG: 5
Changes, not very big but better than nothing! So from these measurements, I have gained 1/2 to my FL, 11/16 to my FG, 1/2 to my EL, and 1/4 to my EG. An added benefit having a longer hang during the day. Just a half an inch makes a huge difference!
So I guess that is it for now. Looking forward to the next month's gains!
