I'm going to start one of these and post some things I am doing so I know if I'm on the right track. I'm probably not going to post for every day, but I will post the days I remember.
Nov 15:
Did some light edging for a while. Possibly an hour. Lost erection and quit. No climax, even with visual "aids" to keep me stimulated. I know using porn is frowned upon here, but I kind of see it as a challenge to block it out and focus on the technique. I do sometimes when just browsing non-sexual sites, when bored, but porn gets me harder. I usually stick with softcore (as in bikinis and skimpy clothes) stuff for controlled stimulation, though in this session, I used hardcore.
Did some A-stretches during a HOT shower, letting the water hit my shaft and blocking the glans with my grip hand. Measured BPSFL at close to 8" afterwards with a wooden ruler. Fat pad hides about 25% of it though... Felt a little "deflated" and pinched/sensitive in the glans afterwards.
Drank two big cups of water (about 40 oz). Started getting some blood back shortly. Also eating helped.
Did some research on new exercises. I may implement some into my routine soon.
Peed in the toilet sitting down and figured I'd try some things out. Tried out a rag for my heating method. Filled a plastic party cup with the hottest possible water, dipped a rag in there every 2 minutes or so, and wrapped it around my shaft, leaving the glans uncovered. Warmed up for 10 minutes, doing "breath in and out" (aka alternating regular and reversed) kegels during the wait. Felt ready to go, so I started stretching. Did a mix of low-intensity A-stretches (20 seconds or so each), V-stretches, and 360-degree stretches, all sitting down. Sat straight up on the A-stretches to get more upward pull. Did helicopter shakes for about 30 seconds, high speed, between stretch rounds. Stretching lasted for 10 minutes. Did some dry jelqs, both with "V" grip between middle and ring finger, and overhand "OK" grip. Again, I used helicopters to keep blood level up when needed. To close it off, I did the same heating technique, for about 6-8 minutes. The whole workout felt pretty elastic. I have been feeling extra resistance the past couple days. This was pretty loose.
I'm worried that I may have overtrained. How much is too much? I tried not to go past the level where I started feeling stings and pains from pulling too hard.
