  • MrGainer´s progress log

I found this site PEGym late in 2012, and registered as member early in 2013. Very impressed with the knowledge and support of this community. For decades I have been edging and squeezing, pulling my penis during masturbation, without any particular goal. It just felt awsome. I noticed that my cock had grown half an inch in length, and a quarter inch in girth over a period of 20 years.

Despite being average when i started PE, I have always dreamed of having a larger penis, but never thought that was possible before I noticed my growth in the last decades. Now I know better thanks to PEGym. And now when I know what I am doing gains have accelerated. Below is my progress log:

    Starting measures January 1,2013:

    BPEL: 6.4” (16,2 cm)
    MEG: 4.9” (12,5 cm)

    Goal 1:

    BPEL: 7.5” (19,1 cm)
    MEG: 5.5.” (14 cm)

    Goal 2:

    BPEL: 8.0” (20,3 cm)
    MEG: 6.0” (15,2 cm)

I started JP90 for the first time on January 1 and March 31, 2013. First month i gained 0.4” (10 mm) in length, second month 0.2” (5 mm), and third month 0.15” (4 mm). Total length gain over three months was 0.75”, which, in my view, was spectacular. Girth, however, stayed the same. I noticed my erection quality improved, my tendency towards delayed ejaculation also improved. The penis also felt heavier and bulkier, and looked dramatically ”veinier” than before.

After the three months of JP90 I took some time off from PE, and returned on August 10, 2014. I started out with a version of JP90 where I substituted all standard jelqs for V-jelqs, and performed jelqing with a higher erection level, in an attempt to kickstart girth gains. During the resting period I lost 0.2” in length, or approximately a quarter of my length gains. The rest still remained.

Restarting measures on August 10, 2014 (after a pause of one year and four months):

    BPEL: 6.9” (17,6 cm)
    MEG: 4.9” (12,5 cm)

I continued performing the JP90 with erect V-jelqs for two months. Regained the lost length gains quickly. First month i gained a quarter inch in length (6 mm), second month 1/8” (3 mm). Still no girth gains.

After this I modified my routine further by adding:

    • 60 x 5 second Kegels for improved erection quality and to balance my pelvis muscles
    • 3 x 30 second Ulis for girth.
    • 2 x 30 second erect squeezes for girth.

Body clues were positive, with great morning woods, and a nice tingling feeling in the cock, like if it was hungry for more... I also had my first red spots, but they soon disappeared. Never had any injuries so far, except a darkening of the entire penis. And that doesn´t bother me very much.

Finally beginning to see some permanent girth gains! The keys to success here for me seems to be:

    • Using girth targeted excercises (not only jelqing).
    • Maintaining a very firm squeeeze during the excercises, just slightly beyond the level where I start experiencing a slight pain.
    • Doing the excercises with at least 95 % erection level. This is pretty scary at first. It feels like the cock will burst. But I feel I am pretty well conditioned by now, and think I know my limits.

    Measures December 16, 2014:

BPEL: 7.4” (18,7 cm) which corresponds to + 1.0” gain (after a total of seven months of PE)
MEG: 5.1” (13,0 cm) which corresponds to + 0.2” gain (mostly gained in the last few months)

    To be continued...

Make your dick bigger challenge 2015, here is my routine at the start:

      1) JP90 (but have substituted standard jelqs for more powerful V-jelqs at higher erection level last months.
      2) Ulis: 3 x 30 seconds at 95 % erection level.
      3) Squeezes: 2 x 30 seconds at 95 % erection level.
      4) 3 x 10 - 5 second hard Kegels, semi-erect while wearing a cock ring.

      My stats:

      Now: 7.4"/5.1"
      Goal 2015: 8.0"/5.5

I have done a total of 7 months and three weeks of PE, and I have gained 1.0" in length, and 0.2" in girth (started girth routine two months ago, I did not gain with just JP90).

Happy new year everyone! I see you at the starting line!

I seem to have hit a plateau, and have not had any gains at all the last few months. Taking a two week healing break, then I will resume my previous routine. When length goal is achieved and cemented the routine will focus entirely on girth.

Setting a more realistic medium term goal of 7.5/5.5.

          Im back!

After hitting a plateau, I took a six month time-out. Starting new routine on September 14, doing JP90 with standard jelqs. Four days on, three days off.

          Current: BPEL: 7.3; EG: 5.0

          Goal: BPEL: 7.5-8; EG: 5.5-6.0

My restart in the previous post didn't amount to much. Got lazy again, and quit. However, on March 21st I decided to restart again, just to maintain a good erection quality. Have done standard jelqs according to PE90, only twice a month, with a firm grip. To my surprise, after four months I now see some gains again after my plateau!

I have now reached my primary goal for BPEL: 7.5" !!! Secondary goal is BPEL: 8". Regarding MEG progress is considerably slower, now at 5.1", but maybe some minute progress here to...

Just wanted to keep you updated that its seems like PE once every second week shows some progress. My theory is the cock is given long time to heal between sessions, and that maybe I did some overtraining previously.

I'm now on a weight loss and excersise program. PE exercises are down for the moment. Have lost about 24 pounds so far (in only two months), and going for another 24 pounds to be really lean. So far my BPEL has increased about 1/3" as a result of the decreasing fatpad. My fatpad was about 1.5" before starting my weight loss and fitness program. So maybe I will reach 8" in BPEL when it's finished? This is good news since I have hit a plateau in length gains. So decreasing my fatpad may be a good idea to achieve this goal. Girth will be harder I guess, but I will plan for that later.
