    Day Ten (1/4/15)
    Completed another highly modified workout today. 10 minutes with rice sock, only the warm-up stretches from JP90, kegels, and 10 minutes with rice sock. Still no jelqs today because of petechiae on glans that appeared January 2nd. Observations:


    • Flaccid appearance is returning to normal.
    • Pain level in glans is less but still there today.
    • Amazing morning wood today.



    It looks like the best course of action at this point is to stop all PE for a week. I am trading my rice sock for an ice sock ASAP. Once I am healed I will restart the JP90 routine. I am disappointed at the current setback, but I need time to heal properly.

    Supplements: 2,000 mg - Epimedium, 930 mg - Hawthorn

      I like the jelking method in JP90 bc I can reduce the pressure to the galns and still put more to the shaft by holding the grip behind the glans while starting the other hand. I have found that my shaft can take more than my glans. When I release the grip behind the glans it pressurizes but not to the point of discomfort.

        @mulkey - I noticed the same thing and it was the method I used during the first week. I still think my grip was too tight and it lead to a minor injury. On my way to the pharmacy this afternoon to pickup some arnica cream. I already applied some ice today, but still in a little pain. No workout for the next week.

          My glans seems sensitive to heat also. I warm up in the shower and I protect my glans from the heat through most of my warm up. The shaft and groin area can take a lot more heat.

            Is it ok to use any soap as lubricant? just wondering..ty

              It isn't for me if it gets in the uretha it hurts/stings and it chafes me.

                  Day Eleven (1/5/15)
                  No workout today. Healing from PE injury. Applied ice pack to glans 10 minutes. Applied Arnica cream to glans. Resting. Observations:



                  • Flaccid appearance is almost normal.
                  • Pain level in glans is almost gone.
                  • No morning wood today.

                    Day Twelve (1/6/15)
                    No workout today. I am still healing from petechiae on my glans. Applied ice pack to glans 10 minutes this morning. Applied Arnica cream to glans. Noticed the stinging sensation returned during the day. Resting. Observations:




                    • Flaccid appearance is normal again.
                    • Pain in glans has returned today.
                    • No morning wood today.
                    • I don't think I am healing.

                              No workout again today. Still trying to recover from an injury. Massaged vitamin E lotion onto glans. Stinging sensation is less today. Resting. Observations:





                              • Back to same old flaccid.
                              • Good morning wood today!
                              • Patiently waiting my return to PE.
