At the end of yesterday I noticed my left IC muscle was sore. Not pain but sore like a muscle after you workout. Pretty much same exact feeling even when you massage the muscle. I took a hot shower and went to sleep and woke up no pain, good PI and back at it today.
QEP review so far. It's great. Exactly what I always wanted. I personally like it much better than the PF. The only thing I dont like are the springs sometimes get stuck and are hard to compress so you are putting alot of pressure against your groin to compress it.
