I am now 5 1/4 inches BPEL and 5 inches NBPEL but I don't measure girth because I don't know how. So far I've been doing less of JP90, meaning I took about 2 weeks off doing the full JP90. So this is my current routine: 10 minute warm up with hot cloth, those loss of tug stretches w/ helicopter shakes and then only 50 jelqs and 30 v jelqs, with about 30 minutes to 1 hour of edging and end it with 5 minute warm down. Since I am gaining should I stick with this or increase the amount of reps for jelqing back to the original 150 reps and 90 v jelqs? Just to remind you guys I am asian.

Congrats on starting a log!
If you are gaining, no need to change anything until the gains stop. Then you can gradually increase the workload if your PIs are good!
Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely!
A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

Congratulations on starting your log!
Here is how I measured my girth:
- Take a piece of paper and cut it into a strip about 6 inches long by about 1/8" wide.
- Coat your penis in lotion/oil/etc and then tightly wrap it around your penis mid-shaft.
- Mark the point on the paper where it overlaps.
- Carefully remove the paper from your penis.
- Using a ruler, measure the length of the paper from the end to your mark.
Good luck!A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.
