New to the PE Gym and PE in general, so I have just a basic routine until my penis conditions - I used to jelq in my early 20s and it sure took its toll on my member.
Well this is my Light starting routine:
Morning (Shower) - for Phimosis
- Warm up at least 5 minutes (warm wrap)
- Helicopter shakes for ±90 seconds
- 20 jelqs per hand, alternating RH & LH 2-3 seconds per jelq= Standard Set (2 Sets)
- Phimosis stretching exercises
- Helicopter shakes for ±90 seconds.
- Warm down at least 5 minutes (warm wrap)
Evening
- Warm up at least 5 minutes (warm wrap or heated beanbag)
- Helicopter shakes for ±90 seconds.
- Stretch in the 5 directions (straight ahead, down, up, left & right @ 30 seconds each = 1 Set) - do 2 sets
With these stretches my body has an instant kegel reaction.
- 20 jelqs per hand, alternating RH & LH 2-3 seconds per jelq= Standard Set
- 20 jelqs per hand, alternating RH & LH 8-9 seconds per jelq, ending in a 2-3 second stretch= Slow Set
- 20 jelqs per hand, alternating RH & LH 2-3 seconds per jelq= Standard Set
-Warm down for a minimum of 5 minutes.
