I'm new to PE and I can't speak to other techniques, but I think one of the healthiest, natural ways to improve EQ outside of abstaining from porn is to exercise. Strength training in particular starts off a chain of events in your body that releases hormones, endorphins, and improves circulation - all things that boost sex drive and improve EQ. Ever since I started lifting, I get ROCK HARD morning woods and my EQ has never been this good.

The thing is I don't dry hump prone which is dangerous but I dry hump on my side while laying down. I don't know maybe one side of my penis is sensitive and the other isn't because I only dry hump on my left side. It sounds like that is being done enough to change your penis. So that is kind of your routine. Your routine is changing the shape and look of your penis, congratulations. Research some male self improvement stuff on some sites. Goodlookinglooser is pretty awesome. Really take the time you would use at looking at porn and all the energy you have for sex to be better. I know when I started No fap and stopped porn I had this huge confidence boost talking to people, especially women. Every time I see a cute girl, i'd go talk to her just to say hi. Look at all the success stories on reddit about nofap/noporn as well and use that as motivation!
