  • I'm thinking of adding edging to my routine. Should I do it after my exercises or separately and 5 times a week or every day? I was thinking of every day for 15 minute and ejaculate 1-2 times a week.

    • Today I bought a cucumber which happened to be exactly the girth of my goal. I also cut it to 20cm which is my ideal visual goal and now that I am looking at it it looks absolutely HUGE

      Anyways I have been pretty consistent and all of my missed workouts are, because of no privacy what so ever. Unfortunately my roommates work contract is ending early next month which mean he is home 24/7 and I have no privacy so I either have to do early in the morning or before bed. Not a huge deal, but I really like doing these during the day. Well the good news is that I got only 3-4 month before I can get my own apartment again

      I was thinking that I might buy a hanger or phallosa (because everyone seems to have it. Its either a trend or it really really works. Haven't looked into it much yet) end of the year as I get my tax returns. But this depends on how good gains I am getting with just manual stretching.

      • Soon 3 months. Going to measure next weekend. Haven't jelqed for 2 weeks only stretching. I am doing that now 32min 30 seconds + jp90 warmup stretches. Next week 33min 45s.

        Have not watched porn for 62 days and all my masturbations have been imagined only. Really proud of that

        • Some updates:

          Last week was my 3 months and I had grown 9mm length. I did not measure MEG since I have basically done just stretching. It hard to find privacy at this time having my roommate around all the time so doing stretches is way easier than getting messy and doing jelqs also. I don't feel bad since my focus is now length and later girth and I only have to live few months with my roommate anymore and then I can start focusing more on girth. Hopefully.

          I watched porn last weekend. Almost 70 days without. To be honest I don't even feel that bad. I have looked more into my problem that I had in the past and yes porn had a huge effect on my erections, but another big factor is my masturbation technique. It's way too fast and too rough. I think I need to start using lube and really go slowly to stimulate vagina feeling. Also I am allowing myself to watch porn once a month. I don't think anything is bad for you if you keep it under control and my porn habits in the past were what they were.

          This week has been busy as hell and I have only done 2/5 exercises :/ !

          • Pfff. Well this was a disappointment. Again. A month passed and it had grown 1mm and even that can be just difference in measuring. I know everyone of you veterans know this feeling. Spend so much time on something and nothing happens. Currently I am doing 40 minutes of manual stretching 5 times a week and it is beginning to be too much for my hands.

            No jelqing, because of privacy issues atm. I am moving on my own soon so I was thinkng of buying a phallosan. I already have a bathmate which I have not used since I started. Might get better results with those 2.

            • Keep it up. Gains do slow. Jelqs can help, or penis massage. Both can be done dry if needed. Relaxed smooth muscle is needed to make the EQ better.

                Thank you wishful you are always so positive! I am actually thinking of making some kind of stretching device of my own. I tried using a string from a hoodie and wrapped some cushioning around my penis before circling it around my penis. In a way it was great as I could apply constant pulling and didn't have to hold it with my hands, but getting it just right it impossible. It either is too tight and no blood flows or too loose and just doesn't stay on.

                  You just brush it off and work forward your end result is still bigger dick and your efforts are towards it.

                    • So update. I am doing now over 40 minutes of manual stretching and I think it's too much. I masturbated yesterday for the first time in over a week and it was really hard to keep it even up and took really long time to get an orgasm. I still get morning boners every morning and random boners also.

                      So I am moving on my own next month!!! and I finally can do what ever I want. So I was thinking of a new routine:
                      warm up 10
                      20 minutes manual stretching
                      10 minutes jelq
                      15 minutes low pressure bathmate
                      wam down 5
