    You can do the kegels flaccid. In fact I check in a mirror to see if I am doing them strongly enough as you can see your flaccid penis pull up into your body a little bit when you do a kegel(although this can depend on your body shape and how much of a fat pad you have). If you can't do holds yet it's not a problem, it's very difficult when you are new to it and you'll improve over time

          After I stopped watching porn I have seen a lot of sexual dreams and sometimes in those dreams I watch porn. I am always so sad in the dream that I lapsed "Why did I do this? This isn't good for me!". Waking up and realizing it was just a dream is so relieving. Porn for me has become just a bad dream

            How I felt: Well I had trouble with my erection levels. First when I started to stretch it wanted to get full and it took me forever to do those. Then when I started to jelq it wanted to sleep and took me forever to do those. Mondays.. Well I did watch tv this time so didn't really concentrate as much.

              Well if porn would not mess up your EQ or lead to ED in excessive use then it would not be that bad.

              Other thing is objectifying women and doubting yourself as far as your penis size goes.

              Women are in that sense lucky since they can masturbate all they want to porn and it only affects them mentally and how they view men or what type of excpectations they have towards men in bed.

                True. I don't think that porn is necessarily bad for you if you can keep it in control.

                One day I was thinking of women that can't come or can but only alone and how it isn't really different from ED. When I had sex last time I was unable to come 4 times and also lost my erections after a while in each and she didn't come either. She told me that she can only come alone masturbating, but we both enjoyed. So if this girl would of been a guy, would he had the same problem as I? Hard to know, but I think there is a link between men's ED and women's not being able to come.

                      How I felt: Okay session, but I might of overdone yesterdays edging session. I did like 20-25 minutes and also at the end took from the base of my shaft and squeezed it a little bit for few minutes. My cock was massive when I did that and I released before ejaculation, but 1 hour later when I went to pee I felt this annoying feeling in my glans. It wasn't pain I didn't have to stop peeing, more like short pinch. Also I woke up with no morning boner. Maybe I'll do these just 10 minutes without squeeze from now on.

                        How I felt:Great! My flaccid size has girthen a bit that is the only thing I can notice this early on. My prediction for my 3 moth goal is that I am not going to reach it. I have not measured nor will I, but I didn't really gain any length when I previously did jelq and bathmate even if it was done wrongly. Only girth and especially in the middle. And I know bathmate is mainly for girth. After JP90 I need to make some good length routine
