  • AConfusedSomeone's Progress Thread

Hello all, Posting my progress here.
I've done PE in the past (starting late August) with a routine from a different site, but I didn't get any gains and stopped it last December.

This new year I strive to stay dedicated with PE to hopefully gain an inch in length before August 2010.
My measurements as of 12/14/2009 were:

    BPEL 7.15
    NBPEL 6
    EG Mid 5.5
    EQ Base 6

I did my first workout from the main pages on the 1/12/2010.

10 Min Warmup with handtowel (reheated every 30 seconds average)
Stretch in all directions one at a time for 30 seconds each. (Straight out, Up, left, right, down)
10 minute wet jelq at around 60% EQ
    Another stretch set.
    Cooldown with a hot shower.

1 on 2 days rest,With kegels on the off days.

Unfortunately I injured myself so I took a five day break.

    1/17/2010
Decided to do my workout today because my EQ has been 100% the past two days.

Did my workout but couldn't hold the 60% EQ, cut it short at 6 minutes of wet jelqing; so only managing 90 jelqs. (I got too erect).

    1/20/2010

Workout felt really good, no pain.
I did notice however that during the Wet Jelqs the EQ was in between 60% and 80%.
I have another injury in the same spot as before. Noticed it when I put my glasses back on... @#%$!

Today I did the entire workout, managed 190 Jelqs in the 10 minute time span this time. I had to ease up on the grip because I got too high a EQ level. I didn't injure myself this time ^^.
As far as PI, No discoloration, good EQ level about 2 hours after the workout, and no Pain.
When I did the stretching, I didn't feel anything when stretching left of right, up or straight out, but I felt it working when I pulled down.
So in summary a good workout.

By injury, do you mean that you got bloodspots, or what?
      Starting Stats 1/1/2010:
NBPEL ~7 (7.5 accounting for curve)
      SL 7
      Mid EG 5
      Base EG 5.25

      Current Stats 2/6/2010:
      Mid EG 5.25 (Progress to 5.5 = 0 to 50%)
      Base EG 5.5

      Goal:
      Mid EG 5.5-6.0

Did the same workout again, was really a good experience this time.
Maintained safe EQ levels throughout the workout. (I finished 30 minutes of intense cardio before this; I think it helped alot.)
        No pain.
Managed more wet jelqs this time due to lower EQ, close to 400.

The injury was a ruptured vein, causing internal bleeding just beneath the skin. I've had blood spots in the past, this was something more severe. It's healed now, with only discoloration remaining.
