  • Dude routine with pictures

Hello everyone, brothrs of PEgym community!

I already introduced myself in a separate thread but I sum up major aspects bout me again:

Dude, 24 years old from lower saxony in Germany. Experinces wth PE: 4 years, results in four years, due to stretching: 1 cm BPFSL.

    My routine:

    Day 1:

    morning routine

5 to 10 minutes warm up towel
10 to 15 intense stretching (inverted V about 30 seconds at least) - hard to hold tension here!
warm down 5 to 10 minutes using a towel

    evening routine

5 to 10 minutes towel warm up
    15 minutes of intense jelqing
5 to 10 minutes warm down with towel

Since my BPFSL is abou half an inch more than BPEL I guess I should jelq more right ? (with regard to TSM theory)

Day 2 the same as above
    Day 3 same as above
    Day 4 same as above

Now here comes the big question: Day 5 brings me into overtraining I gues, since I use a lot of pressure and strength in order to force tissue fissures. In the past years I used less intensity but with an 5 on 2 off routine and did not gain at all. So I try to do 4 on and 3 off routine in order to let the tissue heal properly.

So brothers what do you say, what could I improve and so on ??

And oy yeah, I will post pictures the next few days.

I would say that a 3 on 1off might be better to avoid over training. Also maybe less intense to avoid hurting yourself. More tears often require more rest.
