    Hi All,
    I started doing PE seriously at the beginning of the year, working though JP's 90-day beginner routine. While I don't have any measurable gains yet, I was surprised at some of the other gains of my routine:

    Enjoyment - I didn't expect to enjoy doing jelqs and other stretches, but I actually look forward to them! Maybe it's just because it's quality time with myself focused on a goal, maybe I just like the naughty way it feels. I often end up doing it in the shower at the gym, which I must admit gives me a little thrill. I enjoy walking out of the shower with a nice big flaccid hang!

    Ball-stretching - I'm also working on getting my testicles to hang lower, and I've been able to incorporate that into my PE routine. I do 30-45 seconds of manual ball stretching in between jelqing sets to help calm down any erections I may get. I also wear a leather stretcher and/or weights a couple times a week. It feels great, looks cool, and is my naughty little secret!

    Work-outs - PE has actually helped with my regular gym routine, something I also started up in January. Because I think of PE as a reward to completing my weight-lifting and cardio work, I find that I'm more motivated to get to the gym and stick with my routine!

    Confidence - PE is giving me greater overall confidence and libido. My wife may not be too thrilled about the latter, as she's never been able to keep up with my demand, but I like the feeling. Working out in the gym and doing PE are both making me feel more sexy.

    Edging, Masturbation, and Orgasms - I used to masturbate more regularly, and I would try to be done as quickly as possible. Now I've almost stopped masturbating completely, and instead I set aside time for edging (of course I let myself cum at the end!). I find I enjoy edging more than masturbation, and the orgasms are much more intense. It also helps me to work towards improving my stamina, so it's a win-win. I use lube for edging, which I never did for masturbation, and it feels amazing. I even discovered a fantastic new grip!

    Porn - I still love it, and I'm not giving it up. I look at a little almost every day, but not for masturbation. I just generally enjoy it (so does my wife) and I find it inspiring, especially looking at all those big cocks!

    Pumping - After finding that I could stick to my PE routine I went ahead and ordered a Bathmate Hydromax, and I had my first pumping session today. I'm very excited to keep going! I hope to be able to post some size gains in the next month or so...

    A word about the wife - I would never consider doing any of this without the understanding and consent of my wife. Honesty and communication are very important to our relationship, and while she's not cheering me on, she understands that it's important to me and that I'm not doing it for illicit reasons. I'm hoping once I start to see size gains she'll come to appreciate my hard work as well!

    Sounds good Many veterans of this site don't recommend any devices until you have done manually at least 6 months. I also introduced pump 1 month after jelqing 2 years ago and did not see any gains. Now I plan to do manuals at least 10 months.

      Interesting, I didn't know that. Well, I've got a 60-day return policy on the Hydromax, so I'm going to give it a go and see if it works.
