  • Taking a Week Off

    Hi all -

I've been doing PE for about 3 1/2 months now. Since doing so I have gone from 6.25" bpel to 6.625" and from 6.25" eg to 6.5". About three weeks ago I increased my workout duration. At the start of this week I noticed my Wang was looking very beat up. I'm not having any other negative PIs but it still worried me. I read back through Kemmer's book and thought that if I take a week and let it heal there's a good chance for good gains when I start back up. I don't think I should worry about losing any of my gains in just a week.

Nope. A week off could even give you a growth spurt. I have had some of my best gains by taking time off. (jP
