    Ok.. so I decided to start a log here. My work schedule makes it hard to maintain a strict or daily PE schedule but I do it when I can and do at least some casual pulling/stretching just about every day. Here are my starting stats:

    Start - 02/21/2015
    :
    BPEL - 5.5" NBPEL - 5.25"
    BPFL - 3.5" BPSFL - 5.25"
    EG - 4.25"

    (I have done some PE since these measurements but do not plan to measure again until the 1 month mark.)

    As I have posted in another section, I have mild arthritis on my hands so jelqing is hard to do. I will be ordering a jelq device in the next day or so to help me with that.

    I also ordered a tension stretcher made by LeLuv called the Eyro "Platinum". That arrived today and I am wearing it as I type this. I plan to start off slow with no more than an hour a night for the first week or so then I will start increasing the time as my schedule allows. I will include some manual stretching, jelqing (as much as my hands can handle until I get a device), kegels, reverse kegels (off and on all day) and I will be doing some edging when I can have enough privacy and time to do it.

    I know everyone highly recommends a strict adherence to the JP90 plan when starting out but there's just no way I can with my schedule and the limitations with my hands. Add to that, I am not new to PE having originally started back in 2008 and was doing it reguarly then. Even when I stopped doing it regularly, I have always done occasional pulling and stretching over the years. So, I think my penis can handle my plan as long as I am slow and careful.

    Tonight - I will wear the Eyro for 30 minutes (first night) then do some mild jelqing after then a warm down.

        So... this may be a little "TMI" for some but... because it does affect my PE, I'm including it.

        My PE session ended a bit differently than than I had planned last night.

        I told my wife I wanted to do some edging before bed and she decided to help with about 45 minutes of HER edging me orally and finishing off with a very strong orgasm and ejaculation. WOW!

        She's a blowjob "Rock Star"... well.. to be honest... she's a complete sexual goddess... and has an amazing talent of knowing when I am right at the PONR when she is taking me orally. Because of this, she has always love to tease me by doing it. Last night, she did it to help me and that added a whole new perspective to it!         Side note... I haven't measured since re-starting PE but when we discussed it afterwards, she did comment that my erection seemed harder, maybe a little longer and a little thicker. I believe it's more of an improvement in EQ enhanced by the sexual arousal of what she was doing than size increase. But, she knows my penis better than anyone else and If she's already noticing, that's a good thing.

        I will also add this... waking up this morning, there is a mild feeling of fatigue and some mild soreness/sensitivity of the skin on my penis but no discoloration, spots or other negative PI visible. I guess this would be the "burn" that you would feel the day after a good hard physical work out at the gym. I've already had several spontaneous semi-erections in the past hour (mostly from remembering last night's edging session) and they aren't painful.

                  I decided to go ahead and take some new measurements because my erection felt MUCH tighter than normal... meaning the loose skin even when erect was not loose! So, here's what I found...

                  03/13/2015:
                  BPEL - 5.5" (no length increase but firmer EQ!)
                  EG - 4.75" (+.5"!)
                  BPFL - 4.5" (+1.0"!)
                  BPSFL - 5.5" (+.25"!)



                  OMG!! I was NOT expecting these increases!

                  This is with inconsistent but every day stretching by hand, minimal Jelqing (almost none) and only 2 times of 30 minutes each using the LeLuv Eyro stretcher with a day between (1 on, 1 off, 1 on). My erection feels as hard as it did when I was 18 years old! Now, if I can just get back the .5" I've lost since then I will be extremely thrilled! Any increase beyond that would be amazing!

                  Imagine what I could do if I was able to have a regular and consistent PE routine!!

                  I'm getting ready to go do some Jelqing (as much as my hands will let me do) then warm-down in the tub before finishing off the night with some edging (with Saoirse's help! )

                    I use pure coconut oil as my lube for jelqing and edging (alone). LOVE the stuff and highly recommend it!

                      Try almond oil it is also a good lubrication I have tried coconut oil but I find almond oil being better.

                      You seem to have loving and caring wife I'm sure she will enjoy the increases in the penis size.

                      I will give you some advice to make gains try to stay as consistent as you can also keep educating yourself on how to do each exercise since you need to do them safely because at the end of the day your working your penis.

                      Another thing is Physiological indicators make sure you keep an eye on them and if you notice that your EQ is getting worse or notice ''turtling'' on a bigger scale rest day should be taken.

                      Do not be afraid to take rest days since it is better to take one than keep working towards overtaining.

                      Also after your initial PE stage make sure you also experiment with your routine as far as how each exercise feels or reps and sets. Sometimes you need to do certain exercise differently or find it toally awkward.

                      There is overtraining when you are doing too intense of a routine and there is also undertraining when your routine is too light.

                      All in all if your gaining with your current routine keep it how it is but there is nothing wrong with adding some reps to it.

                        While I do believe almond oil has awesome benefits, it is not as easily obtained as coconut oil and is the more expensive of the two.. It is a good starting point.. I've also added some Vitamin E and essential oils to the coconut oil that are great for circulation, regeneration and overall good health of the skin.. These include Lavender, Frankincense, Neroli, Rose, Cucumber Seed, Carrot Seed, Chamomile, Spearmint, Peppermint, Cinnamon Bark and citrus oils... These are premixed and while some can be strong when used alone, mixed together and with the coconut oil, they are absolutely wonderful and non-irritating when used in moderation.. (note: NO, I am not an "essential oil cult member!" but I have researched benefits of them and love using them)

                          Decided to take and "off" day yesterday. The only PE I did was some light manual stretching and only a few times (I have started doing some quick straight out then down left and down right stretches after urinating... even at work). When we went to bed last night, The only thing I did was a few minutes of massaging my penis (not masturbation) and when I was at about 90% erection from it and it started feeling like masturbation, I stopped and went to sleep.

                          Woke up this morning with serious "morning wood". I was surprised because that is rare for me these days! Probably one of the hardest, best EQ morning wood erections I have had in MANY years! I suspect that is a sign of improved health and blood flow down there!

                          I will also add that, because I am a very sexual person and very visual, I have always enjoyed porn. I would typically watch it a couple of times a week or more and if I was alone I would masturbate with it. But, I haven't watched any since re-starting PE. Not entirely because I have purposely avoided it.. I just have been more focused on reading these forums, other related websites or doing some form of PE and that has consumed the time I would normally use to watch porn. I have no doubt this is also helping because the only stimulation my penis is getting now is stretching, jelqing, edging or actual sexual activity with Saoirse. So I guess I've been doing the AP90 without even realizing or planning it! LOL

                          I am planning to buy some self-adhesive wrap ("ace" bandaging but sticks to itself without the metal "clip") and loosely wrapping my penis every day... only tight enough to keep it stretched out... to train the tissue in my penis to hang looser and reduce turtling.

                          I plan to do some jelqing and edging after I get home from work tonight.

                          I am holding off on the LeLuv stretcher because there is an issue with the thumb wheels that turn to extend it and increase tension and they are sending me replacement parts. Until that gets here, I probably won't use it.

                            For those who are interested...

                            The stretcher/tension device I am using is the LeLuv "Eyro Platinum" from this eBay seller: http://stores.ebay.com/LeLuv-Shop

                            It's a cheaper knock-off/clone of the more expensive bigger name ones and I only paid $24 shipped (got it within 4 days!).

                            The first one I got works but the tension adjustment wheels are tight... almost as if they are cross-threaded. I contacted them to see if it was something I might be doing wrong and they are sending me another new one, no questions asked and without requiring me to return the one I have! They are serious about their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They do have a notable amount of negative feedback but it appears those are all from buyers that didn't bother to contact them first. I contacted them and got an immediate response (within 24hrs) saying they are sending a full replacement. The others probably never contacted them with their concerns.

                            In all honesty, even if the 2nd one has the same issue or some other problems, I am very impressed with the seller! Worst case... I can always use the parts from the 2 devices to make one that works or something similar that does the job! I would still be a satisfied buyer!

                            The only thing I would have done differently is get the one with the comfort strap instead of the tube and padding. I think that would have been more... comfortable! LOL

                              I did about 30 minutes of jelqing and edging last night. Most of that time was jelqing and when my hands started to get tired, I started edging. My plan was to alternate jelqing and edging for as long as I could but I went one stroke too far because I was trying to push the PONR limit and that ended it LOL

                              Definitely noticing a stronger EQ and improved girth. My penis feels heavier and healthier and there is noticeable improvement in veins. I'll measure again on the 21st when I hit the 1 month mark. Almost no fatigue sensation this morning. Just enough to know I worked it last night.

                              I'll be glad when the replacement Eyro arrives so I can get back to the tension stretching. I'm hoping to order an ELS40 next payday to add to my tension/stretching toolbox so I can keep tension more regularly without the bulkiness of the Eyro.

                              Today will be an off day with only some occasional light manual stretching.
