  • Advice on current routine?

    Wasssup everybody.

I started PE back in late october and have been making steady gains since.
    Here is my current routine:

10 mins warm water and cloth
    ~5 mins stretching
    5 mins bathmate
    10 mins jelqing
    10 mins bathmate
    10-20 mins edjing+kegels

I do this Monday to Friday and take weekends off.

    What are your thoughts?
I think doing using the bathmate before and after pumping would be beneficial. Before to get the penis full of blood for better jelqs and then after to expand the penis even more so after the jelqing.

I tried just using the bathmate for about 4 weeks but I made some nice girth gains but almost no length gains (Obviously 4 weeks is hardly any time at all so I may have just been impatient). Since I've put the jelqing back in I seem to be making slow but steady gains again.

    Thanks

Hey Zeds, congratulations on your gains!

Steady progress is better than random progress, it's a sure fire sign you are doing things well! If your gaining it's working, just avoid those negative PI's.

Stick with a routine until you fail to gain any more from it, then change things up!

    Great work!

Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely!
