I figured I should post a log. I'm going to post in a once-a-month format for the time being.
Started Feb 22, 2015 with the following stats:
FL 4.25"
FG 4.00"
BPEL 6.00"
MEG 4.87"
EQ is 9 ish at the highest point.
Following the JP90 routine. Took multiple weeks to work up to the full routine, watching PIs to make sure I wasn't overworking. Definitely pushed up to the fatigue limits and showed in lower PIs the next day.
March 31, 2015 ended with the following stats:
BPEL 6.5" with reverse kegel during edge
BPSFL 6.875"
MEG 5.0"
Length during jelq 6.625"
Can push EQ to 10
Gained +0.5" in length and +0.1" in girth. Visually I can definitely see it. I can also feel it. I think 0.4" of that is real gains and the other 0.1" was gain in EQ and learning how to reverse kegel.
Kegel strength and endurance is greater than when I starting. I do a fair amount of yoga, so pelvic floor is fairly compliant. I did learl to reverse kegel and think this is the most amazing exercise ever. I love how you can balloon out your erection.
So why? I've been thinking about this a fair amount. Definitely want to improve EQ. Approaching 50 years old, I have noticed times where EQ was not where is once was, or it takes more time to work up to a high EQ for sex. All this of course is compared to when you were 20. The bonus is increase in length and girth. I believe it is a cultural bias to want bigger and better. I'll be happy with above average - Perhaps 7.5"/5.5" (yes, I know - way above average and into the tail end of the statistical curve.). I'll be satisfied with 7.0". I'm happily married. I don't think my wife cares about size per say, but definitely cares about EQ. When EQ is not there, there is definately disappointment on some level. PE's been the best thing to happen for EQ, even for a little over a month.
The biggest fear is an injury. Slow and steady is the name of the game. I've been blessed with early gains so don't want to mess this up in any way.
Before stumbling onto this site, I believed the old "no credible or safe way to increase your size". It is certainly not without its risks, but it definitely works.
