So this where i keep track of my stuff now i guess.
i decided to make a log to keep track of my routine and my PIs so that I can get a better indicator of what works and what doesn't instead of sporadically PE'ing and hoping for the best.
I have also discovered am fairly confident with my penis around girls so this has put a different perspective on my PE and I'm more positive and less desperate as of late.
This is not a cry out for people to notice me which i feel like is what people think of log's so comment if you want to ask something or suggest anything but don't feel obligated to comment. Although i know this is a very helpful and friendly community. I am going to call my current measurements my starting ones because I may have gained before this but was reckless with measuring. Ok. Cool.
Starting Measurements

3-4 minute Warmup

Lets Go!
