  • Slow Start

I started PE on a regular schedule by doing U,D,L,R stretches holding for 10 kegels and 10 reverse kegels. Helicopter shakes with both hands. Circle stretches 10 revolutions clock ways and 10 counter clock ways.
Started again with the same exercises as described above. Then wet jelqed for 10-15 minutes and hit then shower.
I woke up hot, which is why I didn't warm with other means. Followed this workout for 3 days.

Felt good during the day, but noticed a red spot on the right side of my tool under the head along with a hard part of a vein showing on the 3rd day. Stopped exercising not wanting to make anything worse. Red spot seemed to grow a little bit and feel like a raw patch.

I didn't think workout was too intense or grip was too tight, however I took a few days off from exercising and will lighten up reps on all exercises and I may do stretches one day and wet jelqs another to see how the tool responds.

    U,D,L,R stretches holding for 5 kegels and 5 rev.kegels
    Heli shakes both hands
5 circle stretches clock 5 circle stretches counter clock
    Heli shakes both hands
and repeat cycle one more time and finish with shower.

Thanks for reading and all the input throughout the forum!!!

Sounds to me like you are describing a little friction burn. I wouldn't be concerned, but I would let it heal so you don't aggravate it any further or cause a longer healing time. If that is what it is it should only take a few days to clear up. Good luck.

After a little time off for the chaffed spots to heal, I have started exercising again.
This time I went with a 5 count on the kegels and rev. kegels during the d U,D,L,R stretches and 10 sec heli shakes with both hands, followed by 5 circle stretches counter and clock wise.
Wet jelqed for 10-15 minutes then showered for 15 minutes.

The exercises have felt good during the session. There has been turtling afterwards though.
I have done the exercises above for a week. Yesterday I went and bought a hot/cold bead bag to tryout. Man I had no idea what I was missing on the warm ups. I thought since my crotch was sweaty from sleeping I was warmed up. I WAS WRONG!!! The warm up from the bag was great. The work out was even better feeling, plus no turtling during the day.

I plan on adding a count of 5 to the kegels (both kind) and add 5 circle stretches as well. I am a believer in warming up.
