Initial Measurements

I'm not picky about measuring flaccid length because it varies so much. I'm definitely a grower though. I've measured it as small as 3.25" NBP recently, and it gets smaller after a swim or a run in cold weather. For girth, I didn't have a flexible tape measure yet, so I used a piece of dental floss which I marked and then set against the ruler. I took multiple measurements to ensure accuracy.
Month 1: January
I decided that PESG's routine would probably work best for me, and I brought in some stuff from JP90 as well. I did 2 days on, 1 day off. My routine is as follows:
- Warmup (10 min)
- Stretches w/ helicopter shakes and big circle stretches
- Stretches: forward, up, down, left, right, hold each for 25 sec, do a quick Kegel followed by a quick reverse Kegel each second.
- Circle Stretches: Do 10 to the left and 10 to the right after each directional stretch.
- Wet Jelq (10 min using 5 sec strokes)
- V-Jelq (50 total reps)
- Edging (15-30 min)
- Kegels (throughout the day, 100-200)
I have to PE in the shower exclusively due to living circumstances. For my warmup, I just crank the heat up on the shower and use a hot washcloth to get my penis and ligs sufficiently heated.
Using a washcloth helps with my grip during the forward and upward stretches. After stretches, I usually turn the shower off to save water.
For jelqing, I use a Vaseline brand lotion that I bought for my dry winter hands, and it does the job well enough. I fill a cup with water beforehand for reactivating the lube. I had some difficulty maintaining flaccid during jelqs (even more so with v-jelqs) which sometimes made the routine run a bit long. If I got too hard, I'd wait 30 seconds or so, and then add that 30 sec wait time on to the end of the jelq routine.
I noticed that I did a lot of involuntary kegeling during edging. Once I quit kegeling so much I was able to edge virtually forever. Hard kegeling to stop ejaculation felt like trying to stop a car with my pelvis the first time (in terms of strength needed), but I did it! I let my volcano erupt every 3rd session. If I don't cum, my penis seems to stay bigger longer.
I try to stay at full flaccid as much as possible throughout the day. When I go to urinate, I'll do 10-20 light stretches held straight out for 2 sec each.

Things started out well, but about halfway through the month, I started getting a mild pain in my groin that made certain activites such as working out with heavy weights, and sitting uncomfortable. I did some reading and determined that I had overworked my ligaments. I took a 10 day break from PE and lightened up my workouts. Applying heat to the region helped a lot. I then eased back into my PE routine, and reduced intensity to make sure the injury didn't return. I put a lot more effort into my warmup now. I cut out the circle stretches and the downward stretch as they seemed to be problematic, and reduced all other stretch durations to 15 sec. I reduced the jelqing time to 8 min and stroke time to 3 sec. I cut out v-jelqs entirely as I got erect too easily with them and so they just weren't a good use of my time. I haven't had any injuries since. Aside from the 10 day rest, my routine was consistent, and I didn't miss any days.
End of 1st month
I was pleasantly surprised to have gained anything at all, especially considering that I wasn't able to PE for nearly half the month due to my ligament injury.Gains:
