    Time to start this thing! I began PE on the 15th of January this year, so I'll try to post notable things from the previous 3 months. As of now, I do monthly measurements on the 15th of each month, unless I'm going to be really busy on the 15th and then I measure on the nearest weekend day that isn't a rest day.

    I'm not picky about measuring flaccid length because it varies so much. I'm definitely a grower though. I've measured it as small as 3.25" NBP recently, and it gets smaller after a swim or a run in cold weather. For girth, I didn't have a flexible tape measure yet, so I used a piece of dental floss which I marked and then set against the ruler. I took multiple measurements to ensure accuracy.
    Month 1: January

    I decided that PESG's routine would probably work best for me, and I brought in some stuff from JP90 as well. I did 2 days on, 1 day off. My routine is as follows:
    • Warmup (10 min)
    • Stretches w/ helicopter shakes and big circle stretches
      • Stretches: forward, up, down, left, right, hold each for 25 sec, do a quick Kegel followed by a quick reverse Kegel each second.
      • Circle Stretches: Do 10 to the left and 10 to the right after each directional stretch.

    • Wet Jelq (10 min using 5 sec strokes)
    • V-Jelq (50 total reps)
    • Edging (15-30 min)
    • Kegels (throughout the day, 100-200)


    I have to PE in the shower exclusively due to living circumstances. For my warmup, I just crank the heat up on the shower and use a hot washcloth to get my penis and ligs sufficiently heated.

    Using a washcloth helps with my grip during the forward and upward stretches. After stretches, I usually turn the shower off to save water.

    For jelqing, I use a Vaseline brand lotion that I bought for my dry winter hands, and it does the job well enough. I fill a cup with water beforehand for reactivating the lube. I had some difficulty maintaining flaccid during jelqs (even more so with v-jelqs) which sometimes made the routine run a bit long. If I got too hard, I'd wait 30 seconds or so, and then add that 30 sec wait time on to the end of the jelq routine.

    I noticed that I did a lot of involuntary kegeling during edging. Once I quit kegeling so much I was able to edge virtually forever. Hard kegeling to stop ejaculation felt like trying to stop a car with my pelvis the first time (in terms of strength needed), but I did it! I let my volcano erupt every 3rd session. If I don't cum, my penis seems to stay bigger longer.

    I try to stay at full flaccid as much as possible throughout the day. When I go to urinate, I'll do 10-20 light stretches held straight out for 2 sec each.

    Things started out well, but about halfway through the month, I started getting a mild pain in my groin that made certain activites such as working out with heavy weights, and sitting uncomfortable. I did some reading and determined that I had overworked my ligaments. I took a 10 day break from PE and lightened up my workouts. Applying heat to the region helped a lot. I then eased back into my PE routine, and reduced intensity to make sure the injury didn't return. I put a lot more effort into my warmup now. I cut out the circle stretches and the downward stretch as they seemed to be problematic, and reduced all other stretch durations to 15 sec. I reduced the jelqing time to 8 min and stroke time to 3 sec. I cut out v-jelqs entirely as I got erect too easily with them and so they just weren't a good use of my time. I haven't had any injuries since. Aside from the 10 day rest, my routine was consistent, and I didn't miss any days.
    End of 1st month
    I was pleasantly surprised to have gained anything at all, especially considering that I wasn't able to PE for nearly half the month due to my ligament injury.

        Month 2: Feb15-Mar15

        This month was fairly uneventful as far as PE goes, but in a good way. I started to get the hang of staying flaccid enough while jelqing, thinking about other things to distract me from the sensation of engorgement. It also helps if I don't look at my penis. Sometimes I need to be able to see what I'm doing though. I tried to work V-Jelqs in sometimes, but still had difficulty not getting erect with them, and didn't make them a permanent part of my routine.

        I didn't miss any days this month, though I did have a day or two when I knew I'd be really busy and switched my PE days around so that the busy day was a rest day.

        Gains
        I made steady gains again this month, the same value increases as last month, although it took me a while to make sure that 1/8" length gain was legit. I got a flexible tape measure for measuring girth. Also, my flaccid has been noticeably bigger on average.

          Month 3: Mar15-April15

          Toward the end of the second month I noticed some stretching in the flap of skin that connects from the penis shaft to the scrotum, so I did some reading and learned that it was the dreaded turkey neck trying to rear its ugly head! I began to combat the gobbler by stretching the skin back towards the scrotum. I also began using the 1-handed jelq technique, so I could keep my other hand at the base of my shaft and prevent the turkey neck from stretching further.

          My wood has been feeling good, so I brought my PE routine back up to baseline. I brought the downward stretch back in, and increased all stretch times from 15 to 20 sec. Except for the left and right; I do left for 10 sec and right for 30 sec, as I have a slight left curve in my erect penis that I'd like to straighten, or at least make sure it doesn't become more pronounced. I also have an upward curve, but I've heard that's handy for hitting spots along the anterior wall of the vagina, so let's keep that .

          I increased my jelq time back up to 10 min from 8. When I jelq, I do a gentle bend to the right when I reach the spot where my penis starts to bend left. More often than not, I'm able to stay flaccid enough during jelqing that my routine isn't interrupted. Didn't really do a lot of v-jelqs this month though.

          Gains:
          BPEL: +.125 7.125"

          I used porn to help out with measuring on measuring day and make sure I'm at 100% and not 98% I've never had an addiction to, or any major problems because of porn, I don't download it to my computer, and I don't feel a compulsory need to view it. Before November of last year, I used to look at porn probably about 3 times a month, but decided it would be best to limit it, and try to stick to the softest stuff possible, mostly just pictures. Until this month, I hadn't looked at anything pornographic since before beginning PE, and I'm going to keep it this way, just using it on measuring day to help ensure that I'm at my full size. And it was pretty helpful! I was able to reach the + 1/8" BPEL mark really easily. I thought I might be able to extend out another 1/16" or even 1/8".

          Unfortunately I wasn't so lucky with girth, and didn't notice any significant gain. My dorsal vein has a spot right in the middle of my shaft where it branches into two paths, and that's where I measure my girth. Measuring was a hassle, as I would concentrate so hard on making sure the tape measure was properly positioned, not loose around the backside of my penis, not too tight etc, that my erection would start to decrease, and so I couldn't get a reliable measurement beyond my current 5.25" Better luck next time.

            This is my current routine as of mid-April
            • Warmup (10 min)
            • Stretches w/ Kegels/Reverse (out, up, down for 20 sec, left for 10, right for 30)
            • Wet Jelq (10 min w/ 3 sec strokes)
            • V-Jelq (3 min w/ 3 sec strokes)
            • Hold Uli for 30 sec, release and do 25 Kegels/Reverse, repeat once
            • Edging + Warmdown (25-35 min)
            • Kegels (throughout the day, 100-200)


            Very rarely do I have any difficulties maintaining flaccid while jelqing anymore. I'm getting really good at v-jelqing without getting hard as well. I close my eyes and think about all the nuances of playing a technical piece of music, and will glance down briefly to make sure I'm doing everything right, and that works for me.

            Also, last week, I discovered that I can suck my own dick while standing up. This is definitely going on my resume (just kidding ).

              Month 4: Apr-May
              So yesterday was my measuring day. I woke up with some solid morning wood, hoping it was a good omen, but unfortunately my measurements appear to be unchanged from last month. The only thing I can think of is perhaps I've been undertraining. I've been PE'ing consistently, and added in consistent V-Jelqing, but maybe I've been playing it a bit too safe and using too little force. My penis hasn't really felt tired after PE sessions, and I haven't had any noteable negative PI's. I'm not really sure what to do at this point, but I guess I'll start with textbook JP90 on a 2 on 1 off, use a tad bit more force than what I've been, and see if I can increase it to 3 on, 1 off. Was hoping I could pull a PESG and not have to change my routine for a year, but it's looking like that won't work for me.

              One positive note though; my stamina is way up! I'm getting really good at hitting the PONR, kegeling hard, orgasming without spilling a drop, and being able to continue. I remember one particular instance this month where I actually let my load go, and was able to get hard again within 5 minutes.

                I decided to take a 7-10 day decon break, and then resume my usual routine during the following week.

                  So as of Tuesday, I've been back at it! I determined that based on my PI's I was undertraining which is probably why I didn't see gains during the previous month. I've decided to keep my routine simple and pay good attention to the intensity.

                  -Warmup
                  -JP-90 Stretches
                  -Jelq (15 min)
                  -Edging (15-30 min)
                  -Kegels (about 200 throughout day)

                  I'm doing this on a 5 on, 2 off schedule as JP-90 recommends. This will be my first time sticking with 5on2off (previously did 2 on, 1 off). Based on my PI's over the past couple days, I seem to be in a pretty good spot. Penis feels like it's being worked, but not overworked.

                        Trying to keep my erection level low during jelqing to promote length gains. I had a thought; the ultimate jelqing assist device for me would be a "Where's Waldo?" book placed on a stand at eye level to distract me and keep my mind engaged elsewhere, lol.

                          I started rbi99's testicle jelqs last wednesday, as my balls don't quite measure up to my penis. Starting real easy at 50 reps, with 2 days in between, as recommended.

                          I've noticed that my penis is looking fluffier lately, both when flaccid and erect. I hope it isn't my eyes playing tricks on me and I've lost length! My EQ has also been outrageously good (9.5 to 10), and I've been more prone to BNR's (Boners for No Reason).

                          I think the cause of all this might be my protein shake, particularly the L-arginine in it. Started hitting the campus gym in June because I needed access to heavier weights, plus the bench and pull-up bar. I drink a whey shake after every workout, and a casein shake before bed during the weekdays (I have a smaller supply of the casein than whey, and the gym is closed on weekends) so my stomach doesn't try to use my muscles as a food source while I sleep. I wind up getting about 8g arginine per day on weekends, and 18-19g on weekdays from the shakes.

                          I'll be adding a bit more stretching into my routine, as my stretches are short at 3-4 min. tops per session, and my great EQ is an indicator that I should focus on my tunica, based on TGT.

                            5 on, 2 off seems to be a bit much for my unit at the moment. Taking my rest days early and dialing it back to 3 on, 2 off for now.

                              Woke up with massive morning wood today. I'll take that as a good sign. Did some reading on kegels, and finally got those on a good schedule. Being skeletal muscles, it makes sense that they need time to rest.
