Note: work out is only roughly 50 minutes including warm up and warm down. Going very slow on jelq to really get a good pull. Ordered 3 mini sleeves to cut into portions for bands on ads. Bought 2 anti turtle silicon sleeves and the extension device for a leg strap all from absilicone.com trying out different ads devices to see what works best and has the longest stretch length with the most comfort. Thought since they come in 6 inch tubes that if i cut additional sleeves down to 1/2 inch rings that i could use that on the head to hold it if needed instead of losing length on the entire 6 inch tube with a fold over. this would put my penis at a little over 6.5 nbpel. Which is longer than what i have now. Thought it would be a better option. Waiting for corkscrew with my larger stealthman still. Those things take forever to mail. Going to do corkscrew combo and the anti turtle sleeve until after jp90 and then if needed start my leg strap ads for further length and tension. Dont know how well the corkscrew actually pulls my penis out but from the size i ordered it should be further than the silicon sleeve. Wear the silicon at work instead of the stealthman i have now. All trial and error at this point now.

NOTE: total routine took 1 hour 13 mins. Edged for 15 minutes then warmed down after jelqing. under glans area was sore towards end of jelqing. Tomorrow i should have my sleeves. Get to use those during my 2 days off. going to measure end of next week on friday before break after jelqing. I want to see my bpel at 7 1/8 again and keep seeing it there. I am hoping to see that again very soon.
