    May 4th.

    My First 2 days of P.E were relaxing and refreshing. Playing super relaxing music while jelqing makes the experience very calming, much like meditation or silent contemplation. Started Friday with the JP90 program. I definitely took it easy on the pressure since I'm scared of damaging my member. After just day one exercise, my flaccid length was noticeably larger even during this morning before my 2nd session. My bulge is significantly larger, so I need to take caution as to when and where i want to warrant that attention lol. I went to the lake with my friends over the weekend and felt very confident with my body after having been working out and dieting since January. It was a great feeling to be happy with my body again. After my 2nd session today, my BPFL was 7.5. I really didn't want to believe it. Still don't. ( Just measured right now and it is 7.5) I have no idea how i could have gone from 7.25 to 7.5 in two days. That doesn't seem possible. Surprisingly this length is maintained in erection. I was edging after session #2 today and i measured my BPEL and it was 7.5. I don't think its possible to gain 1/4 in. in only two days but I have done it somehow. Maybe i didn't measure accurately, but this is the largest my penis has ever been so I'm really confused. If anything this is a huge motivator to see a result so soon without any discomfort. Looking forward to seeing my progress over the next few weeks. I'll check back in a month or so from now. SaltySea-reporting out.

    May 7th.
    I didn't expect to be back so soon but things are getting weird. My BPEL post workout was 7.6 in. I have no discomfort, and did fairly light workouts with stretching and jelqing. These results are amazing! I can't wait to grow more... Is this normal to gain so quickly? and if not, am i doing something wrong? my pecker feels fine.

        You are measuring the wrong way, place the ruler above your dick and push it in to your pubic bone
        Starting stats:
        01.08.2013: BPEL 6,3 x 4,3 MSEG
        22.06.2015: BPEL 7.6 x 5.30 MSEG(not cemented)
        After a long break:
        01.05.2016: BPEL 7.3 x 5.1 MSEG
        16.11.2018: BPEL 7.3 x 5.0-5.1 MSEG BSEG 5.3

          I believe you are experiencing eq, or "newbie gains". It is very common to experience quick initial gains when starting PE. This is a very good sign. It means that your penis is responding nicely to the exercises. Just remember to ease yourself in, and be patient, dedicated and consistent. Watch your PI's and don't be afraid to rest.

          With that being said, mannakonda is right. You should measure from on top of your penis. Touch the ruler to your skin and this is your nbpel. Push the ruler all the way in until it is stopped by the pubic bone, and this is your bpel. Bpel is the most accurate way of measuring, and is the only consistant measurement that can be used for tracking gains. There are too many variables in other methods of measurement that can give you a false reading.

            Seen the photos. Your measuring incorrectly.

            Not meaning to insult, your big but you be better able to track progress measuring properly.

                That's what I was starting to figure it was. Just early eq gains. Thanks for the advice! I'll adjust my measuring accordingly.

                  May 9th. Week One Complete.

                  Got a bunch of feedback from other users on my questions and concerns with PE in the last few days. I figured out I had been measuring wrong for my starting photos too. I re-measured after my workout today and I definitely have had early EQ gains of about .25 in. I measured a hair past 7.5 in. which is a great 7 day improvement. I don't think girth has changed at all yet, but I haven't measured so who knows! I've never dealt with a porn addiction, but after reading about how porn affects the brain, EQ, opinions on woman and sex, and a myriad of other stuff, I've decided I may as well quit looking at it. Big changes! Loving PE!

                    May 11th

                    Took my first day off yesterday for my birthday. Hung out with my family and had a great meal then I hung out with my beautiful fwb and we had our own personal birthday party in the back of my car. lol. My EQ just from one week was great. I'm one of the lucky few who can ejaculate multiple times without it having any effect on me, so we fucked in all kinds of crazy positions for a good hour and a half. I felt longer and harder than ever before. When she was on top, I was literally in heaven because she was stimulating the highly sensitive base of my dick where the new 1/4 in. of growth is. We took turns being in charge for about 15 minutes at a time. Everytime I'm with this girl I can't but help being astonished at her ability. I pride myself in being somewhat talented at sex, but with her, i don't even know if I'm on equal footing. I'd go into detail, but I'll just save that for another log. Anyways, overall my birthday was great and I'm loving the results from PE. Can't wait too see the other positive effects of this new regimen in my life.

                    PS. My flaccid stretch measures almost to 8 now. I hope my EL will catch up soon! I might just quit smoking altogether if that will give me the final circulation push I need to get my member fully engorged.

                      Week 3: Done! Results are in!
                      I've made it to see 21 days of PE! The last two weeks have been a learning experience for me. I've been taking careful note of my PI's and improvements between days off and on. Everyone's body reacts differently to PE and I'm starting to get an idea of how my own responds. So far, I've noticed that consistent twice a day workouts work the best for me. A 15-20 minute session of girth exercises (uli's, clamping, jelqs, v-jelqs, overhand jelqs) and a 15-20 minute session of manual stretching at separate times of day has proven to be most effective for me. I know this may sound like too much for a starter, but I assure you I came into PE with a fairly conditioned penis. I've done inconsistent PE exercises since I was about 15, so I'm fairly well off when it comes to my penis strength. I've done kegels since I was 14 as well. I've yet to have a single negative PI, so this regimen is the one I'm going to start using. I've gained +0.50 In. to my flaccid stretch since 21 days ago. After my session today, my flaccid stretch measured nearly to 8 In. (I subtract the length of my glans being squished, during the stretch for a more accurate measurement) which is so incredibly motivating. My erect length has consistently measured at 7.6 In. as of the last few days, which puts me at +0.35 In. in growth since day 1. I've decreased my cigarette consumption to 2 a day as well, down from 3-4. Soon I won't be smoking and I'll be getting my EQ to max levels so I can fill out the extra +0.25 in i have during my flaccid stretch.
                      In summary here's my the changes I've had from 21 days of PE and self improvement:
                      -Increased libido
                      -EQ increased quite a bit. Having "rock hard" adolescent erections again.
                      -Down to 151 lbs from 162. Six pack is here for summer.
                      -7.25 BPEL ----> 7.60 BPEL!!!!!
                      -7.25 Flaccid Stretch ---> 7.75 Flaccid Stretch
                      -Confidence and self esteem is skyrocketing.
                      -Motivation improving.

                      I'll be back in a week to log more progress!

                        May 24th.

                        Something happened!! So, I'm a very vivid dreamer. I have multiple dreams a night, many of which i can remember quite well. The other night, I had a dream I won't forget. My dreams are often full of complex undertones and subconscious messages, one of which, is a manifestation of my anxiety toward initiating sex. In my sex dreams I'll always end up on the verge of having sex, but then I wake up or the dream completely just switches to something else. It's been almost a year since I've actually had sex in a dream, and I accredit this too my "initiating sex" anxiety. Two nights ago, I had a dream where I got a banging hot gf, spent the whole day with her, and nailed her brains out. This is a big step for my subconscious mind. I've been feeling really body positive and getting more confident in myself since starting PE and my self improvement work, so this must be my deep brain affirming those thoughts! YAHOO!!!!

                        On a different note, I've been contemplating some new things I want to incorporate into my life and for PE. First I need to keep up with, not watching porn. I'm doing really well avoiding it and now I get aroused so much easier. I'm considering stopping measuring now as well. I want to measure a month or two from now after completing JP90. Additionally, I'm going to promise myself I'm not buying another pack of cigarettes. I haven't bought one for over 2 weeks now, but my friends will give them to me if they want someone to smoke with, so I still smoke a little. Lastly, I'm going to commit to edging at the end of every girth session. It will help alot with my girth gains I've read, and I need to learn how to dry orgasm. I want that superpower!!!                           ONE MONTH OF JP90 COMPLETE

                          As of today, I've officially completed my first month of JP90! Month one was easier than I anticipated. PE takes so little time and the results were highly noticeable after just a few days. I won't be stopping for a while! I want to cement these gains and reach my goals. Cheers to the long road ahead to my ideal dick!

                            Week 5- June 6th

                            Learning and gaining! I've got bad news and good news for this log. Bad news first! After working out fairly hard 2 weeks in a row with no rest days, I experienced EQ loss and small amounts of soreness. Fewer erections, slightly softer unless heavily stimulated, and fewer morning erections. After taking a rest day a few days ago my EQ quickly reverted back to normal. I don't want to experience EQ loss or soreness, so I will be taking at the very least, 1 rest day a week. Good news now! I still can't get over how these dumb penis exercises actually work so well. I've measured in at 8 In. BPEL more than 3 days in a row now. My cock looks so long in my hand now. I love it! haha. My fwb seems to love it too. She was giving me some head the other night and got annoyed cause she couldn't deepthroat all of it anymore. When she told me that, my heart smiled. haha. I'm tempted to log that I've hit 8 inches, but I'm going to give it a few more days to see if it's the real deal or not. SaltySea reporting out!

                              Week 6-June 16

                              PE has been going well. I've started to gain a bit more slowly, but this is where the cemented gains come! Still doing JP90 with a few added stretches and squeezes/ulis. My flaccid hang surprised me this week. Feeling long and strong! I'll report back next week!
