Hello,
I am from India.penis size is 3.8inches..is it micro penis? i can movie my foreskin backward fully while flaccid but find it difficult to do the half of it while it is erect. so it is tight foreskin or what? pls differentiate b/w tight forskin, phimosis,frenulum breve, short frenulum? is having sex with tight foreskin possible i mean moving it backward? the penis when erect and moving foreskin backward looks very slim(thin) at the centre, why? I was addicted to mastrbation so is it becoz of too much of masturbation?

Vlc tugger made my foreskin looser and longer, might be something for you My bpsfl and bpel also got longer. I used it with an extender.

You'd want the TLC, not the VLC, but since you're intact there are free manual exercises you can do!
