    Yep. I was in complete control. Awesome!!! Think I'm feeling her cervix as I slip past which seems to drive her to the next level I have never seen in 10 years.       Standard workout today. Working weird hours so Jelqs came late tonight. Taking weekend off even though I feel good. I know I won't completely leave it alone anyway😉. Family coming in this week so probably gonna be a rough PE week next week. Just have to Remember rest is GOOD. I will at least get some good conditioning Jelqs in the shower and 5-15 min of stretches here and there.

        Decided to keep up the routine today since this next week will be pretty light. Fit a release in at the end with some edging and a few supra slammers. Made a quick check with the ruler and it looks promising. Think I'll be hitting my short term nbpel goal on schedule or earlier. My bpfsl has increased so the gains they should be a comin. Just gotta keep the horns down as I am starting to feel that gains are slowing down. Truth is that is ok and good. Never expected to gain like this so fast anyway and in two years my penis will be massive if I just stick with it. Even with the fairly basic manual stretches, squeezes and Jelqs I still feel a good fatigue and mild soreness occasionally so I'm getting good enough work in for it to get me where I want over the long haul.

        Keep on keeping on onward and outward.

          Total rest day bliss with huge flaccid all day. 😃😃😃

          Should get my squeezes and a little stretching in tomorrow and a few Jelqs in the shower at night at the very least this week I think.

              Standard routine this morning. Good PIs and flaccid. Had sex twice yesterday with good control both times.

              What are everyone's thoughts on cumming and growth. Does it matter if you have a release daily or does it hurt growth?

                Still getting a quick routine in these days in the morning. Maybe a little more than half what I normally do and then get 200 Jelqs in the shower before bed.

                Flaccid this morning seemed really long compared to normal after the stretches. Hoping my bpfsl is increasing like it seems. Gonna measure in a few weeks to see if I'm still gaining.

                  Full routine today plus 3x15 min Jelq sessions with a release during the first. I am really feeling that the releases have no bearing on growth as growth is limited in length by my ligaments/stretching and girth by my ability to expand the tissues from squeezes and supra slammers.

                  I feel that all the releases might change is the flaccid size day to day but I hardly go soft now after a release so I don't think that is much of an argument as I am horny again in an hour anyway keeping a good flaccid member.

                    Normal stretching and squeeze routine Friday but no Jelqs. Had sex Friday and Saturday. Taking the weekend off but I may get some Jelqs in the shower tonight. Flaccid is much bigger through the day on rest days. Still maintaining much better ejaculation control during sex. Still can't last forever but each session goes 30 min or so normally with me inside almost the whole time.

                      Getting stretches and squeezes in this week but no jelqs really. Sex yesterday.
                      I find that I'm having trouble getting the blood flow going for the squeezes. I'm still doing roughly 40 squeezes held 5-10 seconds. My stretches vary depending on what feels the best to provide the best stretch. Lately I will do 100 side to side stretches normally to warm up then I add a little extra support from my other hand and hold each stretch for a few seconds for the next hundred. I finish off the way I started as the dynamic stretching seems to go back to being a better stretch after the slow harder stretch. All of this takes 15-20 min total and that's all I do. I still think I'm getting gains just maybe a little slower. I like vacation but I'm ready for a normal routine that allows me to really focus on more jelqs and supra slammers to max out my progress. This has been a pretty good rest period though compared to working my dick like crazy. Still positive PIs but not as good as when I'm jelqing more.

                        Standard routine of stretches and squeezes. Gotten some jelqs in during my shower but not much. Overall last week was low intensity even though I don't think I missed a day. Had Sex last night and morning wood today. Gonna workout today and prolly take Sunday and Monday off due to travel. Should be measuring in a week. Probably modest gains. Hard to tell as it has been cold here and I haven't gotten to do any erect work really. Last night during sex it did seem like I was sliding past her cervix easier than normal as though I didn't have to push/grind as hard to get there. 😃

                              Yeah I have decided to get a release whenever I feel like it which is usually daily. We normally have sex at least every other day. Sometimes more if the situation presents.

                                Took Tuesday and Wednesday off traveling with family. Back in the saddle today with normal stretching and squeeze routine. Feels really good to do the exercises. Plan on 500 jelqs and some supra slammers later today. It's good to be home. I'll be doing my routine tomorrow and then rest Saturday and Sunday and measure Sunday night. Just from eyeballing I think my bpfsl is longer and prolly pushing 8". We will see soon
