Hey everyone. From some encouragement from my introduction post and figuring there will be some help provided down the line I figured keeping track of everything would be a good idea. It also keeps me on top of the ball for workouts. I am a tad over a week starting PE.
I am using EQKing's outline of JP90's routine with some revisions for what I am doing currently:
The portions in bold are my own revisions with notes.
Warm Up = 8 - 10 minutes.
Helicopter shakes = 5 revs per sec @ 20 seconds.
Basic Lot Stretches = To the left @ 25 seconds hold with quick kegel/reverse kegel
Rotary Cranks = Anti-Clockwise @10 reps / Clockwise @ 10 reps.
Helicopter shakes = 5 revs per sec @ 20 seconds.
Basic Lot Stretches = To the right @ 25 seconds hold with quick Kegel/reverse kegel
Rotary Cranks = Anti-Clockwise @10 reps / Clockwise @ 10 reps.
Helicopter Shakes = 5 revs per sec @ 20 seconds.
Basic Lot Stretches = Straight Out @ 25 seconds hold with quick kegels/reverse kegel
Rotary Cranks = Anti-Clockwise @10 reps / Clockwise @ 10 reps.
Helicopter shakes = 5 revs per sec @ 20 seconds.
Basic Lot Stretches = Straight Up @ 25 seconds hold with quick kegels/reverse kegel
Rotary Cranks = Anti-Clockwise @10 reps / Clockwise @ 10 reps.
Helicopter shakes = 5 revs per sec @ 20 seconds
Basic Lot Stretches = Downward @ 25 seconds hold with quick kegel/reverse kegel
Helicopter Shake = 10 seconds
Wet Jelqs = 50 reps
V Jelqs = 30 reps
*10-15 Reverse-Reverse VJelqs
Wet Jelqs = 50 reps
V Jelqs = 30 reps
*10-15 Reverse-Reverse VJelqs
Wet Jelqs = 50 reps
V Jelqs = 30 reps
*10-15 Reverse-Reverse VJelqs
Warm Down = 8 - 10 minutes
*by reverse-reverse jelqs, I essentially do the v jelq but reversed. Fingers facing outward toward toes, curled like a v jelq. If there is a name for this, let me know and it will be edited.
**If I feel I did a bad jelq or v-jelq I do a few extra. Nothing crazy but extras so that I feel I properly made up for mistakes.
Other Tips/Notes:
1 jelq = both hands up once.
1 v-jelq = up, up, side.
1 reverse-reverse = both hands up once.
***The biggest part of the workout in terms of importance seems to be warming up/down. I have been doing the the FULL JP90 routine will little to no negative PI's and I attribute that to warming up/down properly. I personally use an original "Bed Buddy" because of how quick it heats up in the micro so I can begin rather immediately.
As a conclusion, I will be trying to post at least once a week to keep myself motivated/obliged to keep going further as said above. If there are any questions, PLEASE ask. Like anything else, if we can keep building on what we know even if there's repetitions of information... if the end result is helping a single person than it's a positive.
