  • Utopiantom's Progress Log

Hey everyone. From some encouragement from my introduction post and figuring there will be some help provided down the line I figured keeping track of everything would be a good idea. It also keeps me on top of the ball for workouts. I am a tad over a week starting PE.

I am using EQKing's outline of JP90's routine with some revisions for what I am doing currently:
The portions in bold are my own revisions with notes.

    Warm Up = 8 - 10 minutes.

Helicopter shakes = 5 revs per sec @ 20 seconds.
Basic Lot Stretches = To the left @ 25 seconds hold with quick kegel/reverse kegel
    Rotary Cranks = Anti-Clockwise @10 reps / Clockwise @ 10 reps.
Helicopter shakes = 5 revs per sec @ 20 seconds.
Basic Lot Stretches = To the right @ 25 seconds hold with quick Kegel/reverse kegel
    Rotary Cranks = Anti-Clockwise @10 reps / Clockwise @ 10 reps.
Helicopter Shakes = 5 revs per sec @ 20 seconds.
Basic Lot Stretches = Straight Out @ 25 seconds hold with quick kegels/reverse kegel
    Rotary Cranks = Anti-Clockwise @10 reps / Clockwise @ 10 reps.
Helicopter shakes = 5 revs per sec @ 20 seconds.
Basic Lot Stretches = Straight Up @ 25 seconds hold with quick kegels/reverse kegel
    Rotary Cranks = Anti-Clockwise @10 reps / Clockwise @ 10 reps.
Helicopter shakes = 5 revs per sec @ 20 seconds
Basic Lot Stretches = Downward @ 25 seconds hold with quick kegel/reverse kegel
    Helicopter Shake = 10 seconds
    Wet Jelqs = 50 reps
    V Jelqs = 30 reps
    *10-15 Reverse-Reverse VJelqs
    Wet Jelqs = 50 reps
    V Jelqs = 30 reps
    *10-15 Reverse-Reverse VJelqs
    Wet Jelqs = 50 reps
    V Jelqs = 30 reps
    *10-15 Reverse-Reverse VJelqs
    Warm Down = 8 - 10 minutes

    *by reverse-reverse
jelqs, I essentially do the v jelq but reversed. Fingers facing outward toward toes, curled like a v jelq. If there is a name for this, let me know and it will be edited.
**If I feel I did a bad jelq or v-jelq I do a few extra. Nothing crazy but extras so that I feel I properly made up for mistakes.

    Other Tips/Notes:
1 jelq = both hands up once.
    1 v-jelq = up, up, side.
    1 reverse-reverse = both hands up once.
***The biggest part of the workout in terms of importance seems to be warming up/down. I have been doing the the FULL JP90 routine will little to no negative PI's and I attribute that to warming up/down properly. I personally use an original "Bed Buddy" because of how quick it heats up in the micro so I can begin rather immediately.

As a conclusion, I will be trying to post at least once a week to keep myself motivated/obliged to keep going further as said above. If there are any questions, PLEASE ask. Like anything else, if we can keep building on what we know even if there's repetitions of information... if the end result is helping a single person than it's a positive.

Wanted to have an update after another week to make sure I got my two weeks in. Throughout this week its been a discovery of sorts with this workout. Early on I decided to try what many recommend in the forum, which is jelqing and v-jelqing slowly. Some suggest 3-4 seconds, I simply go really slow and try not to track everything like a madman. Along with all of this, sitting on the edge of a bed instead of laying down seems to provide me with more to grab onto, making the exercises better by the end of a session. Lastly, it seems like the length of my penis is getting darker with the exercises. It seems like more of a tan on the length, with the head turning a more defined shade of red.

All in all, sit on corner of bed...exercise slowly...learn from mistakes...reap the benefits.
    Looking forward to another week.

It's been a few days since my last update. I edited my origial post to show that reverse kegels are at a 1:1 ratio. I wasn't sure at first at what ratio to implement them and some answers around the forum provided that. Past that I have rolled back from the full routine to 2/3 of the JP routine.

Lastly, went to do a quick measurement to get mseg and bseg with a 9-10 eq and I was pleasantly surprised. Apparently I was off 1/4" on the base and wanted to adjust. I never did get full measurements when I began so any gains/changes in EQ could have provided anything extra.

Another day down. Upon some suggestion and some searches I have replaced my baby oil with abolene. Great stuff, highly recommended with less of a mess to clean up. At this point workouts has gone pretty well doing 2/3 of JP's workout with the introduction of reverse kegels. I will keep this up until day 45 to measure and condition further. Any questions, ask away.

After a slight hiatus I am back to doing PE. I wanted to make sure I got at least two weeks under my belt before posting again to make sure that dedication is present.

I wanted to mention a few things which have helped me thus far:
          1. I ended up buying hand grippers (captain of crush) to improve forearm and grip strength for day-to-day use. After 3-4 weeks of usage my fingers no longer cramp/hurt. Do with this what you want.
          2. I am no longer on my original schedule but the original jp90. I tried the 75 jelq x2 and 45 v-jelq x2 but the 50 and 30 reps seem to be much better.
          3. When jelqing the focus will be on jelqing downward not straight. I read around and it seem downward has had good success and I seem to get better blood flow.
          4. I bought a clear ruler to help with length gains. Was using a tailors tape but couldnt quite press in as much and get as accurate a measurement. Highly recommended...only $2 at staples.
          5. Lastly, I have implemented LAS's or fowfer's. Usually I do the typical fowfer 20-30 mins during the day and bed fowfers each side once at 20-30 minutes before bed. This might in the very long run help with EL but its main focus is FL. I do these everyday although some recommend every other schedule. Of the 3.5 weeks this has only been implemented 4-5 days thus far.

Sorry for such a long update. I'm back in the saddle! As always ask anything and ill try to answer. Sorry for any typos (tablet autocorrect).

Wasn't able to update from possible policies dealing with the Wi-Fi at school the past few months. I took about two months off debating on how I could complete a routine with a roommate at school...Oct 1 I started and have made it work.

I have edited jp90s workout once again:
            -10min warm-up
            -Stretching, 25 kegels/reverse kegels. Left,right,down,middle,up.
            -30 overland jelq/30 underhand jelq
            -40 v-jelq (up,up,side),20 short v-jelq (up,up)
            -30 overland jelq/30 underhand jelq-40
            -40 v-jelq (up,up,side),20 short v-jelq (up,up)
            -30 overland jelq/30 underhand Neal
            -40 v-jelq, 20 short Neal
            -10 minute warm down

I decided to do underhand Jews because the stretch at times breaks up the regular Neal and hits all areas with a +10 j's compared to the original jp90. The same goes for v jelqs which can get boring but need higher reps.

I still use Albolene which is a fantastic lubricant. I plan to repeat this schedule through another round after this before I get into advanced girth exercises.

I got back on to pe once again. Finals fall semester limited my time drastically and gave much less opportunity to hit the gym. The start of January I started back up with regular stretches, 40 jelqings (regular), 30 helps (backhand), 40 v-jelq for one set. I do these for three sets as an altered/extended version of the jp90 routine. Waiting for the proper time to measure.

From running low on my supply of Albolene I decided to try other methods from members suggested on here such as coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil. I will update in the next few days with what seems to work better and what brands if anyone needs to know.

Just wanted to update on the evoo and coconut oil. I can see why both are used across the board here.
Coconut oil: sometimes difficult to get out of container, solid at room temp, provides lube with slight resistance.
Olive oil: in liquid form, easier to apply, also lubes well with slight resistance.
By slight resistance, I mean that in doing jelqs/v jelqs there's a perfect amount of resistance instead of your hand sliding down too quickly because of its lube power. Like anything else it must be reapplied as necessary. Jelqs lasted well but for v jelqs application was typically necessary every go around. My preference is the olive oil, the ease of applying and the slight edge when it comes to (at least me) the perfect amount of resistance/lube.

This will be my last message until I get back for Easter break.
P.s. buy organic products because there are little to no additives depending on the brand. Any questions, just message me and ill get back to you.

To those following my journey, I'm finally back. After taking the summer off from pe, for many reasons (not having time, etc)... I am deciding to give it another go and start again.

Right now my routine is essentially the jp90 starter which is 150 jelqs and 90 vjelqs split over three sets.

5 days on 2 off for scheduling.
And working on flaccid gains with AT LEAST 30 mins to an hour of fowfers a day during my days on.

I plan on holding this schedule for 90 days or until mid December.

A tip which I can encourage for v jelqs is pretty simple: use your knuckles. I wasn't sure originally what part of the finger to use and have had decent girth gains, but the feel seems to have increased using your knuckles as the force pushing upwards. If more clarification is needed, I can try.

Lastly, last time I was around 7.7-7.8 bpel and 5.370 mseg. Let's see what happens in December!

1 week down. Looking to update more frequently.

                          Just wanted to update.

Last week I only did 3/5 days.

This week has been 5/5 days.

I'm not sure if it's because I'm beginning again, but if I miss a day I do end up dreading it and regret missing it. Hopefully this attitude is maintained going forward.
