Well its now just over a year since I started on this forum with the JP90 routine having started on the 19th April 2014 and thought I would share my experiences.
My biggest challenge was what to do after the 90's day were up.
I had seen improvements in my Erection Quality (EQ) and the girlfriend had said she noticed a difference so decided to stay on it and just tweak it by adding some additional exercises found on this site which were the Uli, Tunica Tugs and one I cannot find the name of, but at a guess would call it a reverse jelq (pushing blood away from the head while holding the shaft low down).
I included an air powered penis pump which I later upgraded to a Bathmate which I use after my jelqing session for 6-15 minutes. I also used my old jelq roller tool alongside hand jelqing.
I follow a 2 day on, 1 day off and am proud to say that with the exception of only a few days, having managed to stick to my routine.
Supplement wise I have just tried to eat as healthy as I can with some vitamin and mineral supplements to help.
Results?
Tricky to tell as my erections seems to differ slightly day to day. I have always had a hard time (ha ha) getting completely stiff and seem to grow/harden up as I go, often going into turbo mode and giving the girlfriend something to moan about. Sadly, while this happens I am unable to measure it! But I regularly see stretches peaking 18cm / 7" on the bathmate which can't be bad.
Looking at a ruler I cannot really see much difference in length but my girth has visibly increased, even if only slightly. Despite this, the girlfriend seems adamant that I am bigger and she loves it and that is all that matters really.
Starting size
EL 16.5 cm 6.4 "
EG 13 cm 5.1 "
One Year On
EL 17.5cm / 6.8 "
EG 13.46 cm / 5.3 "
This years goal?
Besides the obvious size increase and edge towards my 8 x 6 goal I would love to further improve on my erection control and be able to shoot further. Right now I am pretty much a consistent dribbler except when I have charged up for a few days.
So heres to another year of fun and learning with PEGym!
Thanks for reading and I welcome any comments/ additional exercise ideas!
