        Helicopter shakes and stretch down for 5 mins
        Helicopter shakes and stretch left for 5 mins
        Helicopter shakes and stretch right for 5 mins

        WET jelqing= 25 mins

            Jp 90 days routine

            10 mins warm up

            Helicopter Shakes and stretch up for 5 mins
            Helicopter shakes and stretch down for 5 mins
            Helicopter shakes and stretch left for 5 mins
            Helicopter shakes and stretch right for 3 mins


            WET jelqing with baby oil = 15 mins

            i was 20-25% erected. Great session

                JP 90 days routine

                TODAY WAS OFFICIALLY MY BIRTHDAY. I TRUN 24 YEARS OLD!!!HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!! HAHA, I MANAGE TO DO AN HOUR OF JP 90 DAYS ROUTINE. I ALSO HANG OUT WITH THIS NEW CHICK IM TALKING TO. WE WENT ON A DINNER DATE AND CAME BACK TO THE HOUSE TO WATCH A MOVIE. I CAN TELL SHE WANTED ME TO GIVE HER THE D. HOWEVER, MY ANXIETY STARTED KICKING IN AND I REFRAIN FROM ANY SEXUAL ACTIVITY. I AM STILL SUFFERING FROM PRE E. HOWEVER, THE JP 90 days routine HAVE HELP ME TO LEARN MORE ABOUT MY SELF. I KNOW WITH TIME, PRACTICE AND PATIENCE I WILL OVERCOME THIS PRE E

                    JP 90 DAYS ROUTINE

                    NO WARM UP
                    I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO WARM UP SO I JUMPED RIGHT IN TO THE ROUTINE.

                    Basic Stretching Exercises
                    Helicopter Shakes and stretch up for 4 mins with reverse
                    Helicopter shakes and stretch down for 4 mins with reverse
                    Helicopter shakes and stretch left for 4 mins with reverse
                    Helicopter shakes and stretch right for 4 mins with reverse



                    WET jelqing =15 mins
                    I USED BABYOIL FOR MY WET JELQING. I DID NOT LIKE IT BECAUSE IT WAS A DIFFERENT FEELING. THER WAS NO WARM FEELING.

                    OVERALL
                    THE SESSION WAS RUSHED BUT IM GLAD I GOT A QUICK SESSION. THE MORNING WOOD WAS ABOUT 40%

                              I HATE USING BABYOIL IT DOESN'T FEEL AS GOOD AS USING KY GEL BUT HOPEFULLY I GET USED TO IT. MONEY IS TIGHT AT THE MOMENT
