Monday JULY 6 2015 JP 90 days routine TODAY WAS OFFICIALLY MY BIRTHDAY. I TRUN 24 YEARS OLD!!!HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!! HAHA, I MANAGE TO DO AN HOUR OF JP 90 DAYS ROUTINE. I ALSO HANG OUT WITH THIS NEW CHICK IM TALKING TO. WE WENT ON A DINNER DATE AND CAME BACK TO THE HOUSE TO WATCH A MOVIE. I CAN TELL SHE WANTED ME TO GIVE HER THE D. HOWEVER, MY ANXIETY STARTED KICKING IN AND I REFRAIN FROM ANY SEXUAL ACTIVITY. I AM STILL SUFFERING FROM PRE E. HOWEVER, THE JP 90 days routine HAVE HELP ME TO LEARN MORE ABOUT MY SELF. I KNOW WITH TIME, PRACTICE AND PATIENCE I WILL OVERCOME THIS PRE E
NO WARM UP I DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO WARM UP SO I JUMPED RIGHT IN TO THE ROUTINE.

WET jelqing =15 mins I USED BABYOIL FOR MY WET JELQING. I DID NOT LIKE IT BECAUSE IT WAS A DIFFERENT FEELING. THER WAS NO WARM FEELING.
OVERALL THE SESSION WAS RUSHED BUT IM GLAD I GOT A QUICK SESSION. THE MORNING WOOD WAS ABOUT 40%
NO WARM UP I DID NOT HAVE TIME FOR WARM UP SO I JUMP RIGHT STRAIGHT TO THE WORKOUT

I HATE USING BABYOIL IT DOESN'T FEEL AS GOOD AS USING KY GEL BUT HOPEFULLY I GET USED TO IT. MONEY IS TIGHT AT THE MOMENT
