      WARM UP - 10 MINS

      Basic Stretching Exercises
      Helicopter Shakes and stretch up for 5 mins with reverse
      Helicopter shakes and stretch down for 5 mins with reverse
      Helicopter shakes and stretch left for 5 mins with reverse
      Helicopter shakes and stretch right for 5 mins with reverse


      WET jelqing =15 mins

                WARM UP- 8 MINS

                Basic Stretching Exercises

                OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT SESSION. I HAVE NOT MEASURED MY EQUIPMENT OVER A MONTH AND HALF. I SEE LITTLE GROWTH BECAUSE OF THE INCONSISTENCE OF MY WORKOUT. HOWEVER, I PLAN ON BEING CONSISTENT FROM NOW ON.

                  Greetings PEGYM,

                  I haven't been posting my Log because of my busy schedule. However I have been able to continue my PE exercise, doing it about twice a week for the past month.

                  I am very happy to conclude that I am back and will be posting my logs.


                  I recently purchased the “The five g’s for big erections “ to add in to my PE exercise.


                  I also Purchased STU Fleshlight to help cure my pre E for good.

                    No warm Up

                    I jumped straight in to jelqing with my ID GLIDE for 15 mins.

                    The jelqing was slow with a 3 second hold.


                    I also used Fleshlight for edging. The STU fleshlight felt amazing. I went in flaccid and got erection in matter of seconds. I Hit PONR about dozen and more. I felt like I have found my arousal levels because I did a lot of reverse kegel when I notice some excitement of Cuming. I was in the STU for max 15 mins and I decided to cum.

                    Overall
                    My goals is to increase the length my BPEL and cure my PRE E/ ED. I believe I can achieve my goal with consistent PE exercise. Tomrrow session will be more of the same as yesterday. However I plan to stretch with reverse Kegel

                      No warm up, however I stretch for max 15 minutes.

                      I also jelqing for max 15 mins. I was 25-35% erected. I had a tight grip hold it for a three second hold.

                      I did not use fleshlight today but I plan on tomorrow.

                      Overall
                      The session was good. My plan is to increase the minutes of jelqing.

                        I warmed up for about 5 minutes and stretch my unit for 8-12 minutes. I stretch up, down right and left. ( time was limited on the warm up and stretching)

                        I did jelqing for 15 minutes max. I was erected about 20-30%.

                        I used Fleshlight for 15 minutes for edging and cum after my session. I reach PONR several times. I used reverse kegel and regular kegel. I enjoy using the Fleshlight because I am now recognizing before I hit my PONR….

                        Overall
                        This was a great session. I am looking forward to each exercise. My main goal to reinstate is to increase length and cure my pre E/Ed. I am so far on my way to my goals.

                              I haven't been able to do any type of PE exercise over the past 3 and weeks . A family friend came from back home and it has been a busy schedule.

                                I used my fleshlight and it was amazing.
                                I did strong reverse and front kegels with the fleshlight . it felt great thrusting fast and slow. at last about 13 mins with flashlight and my cum load was a lot.
