Hey! I have a question: If i take Ritalin after my PE routine it's bad for my potential gains? And another thing: I can't hold more then 1 month without porn.... How you guys stoped with the porn,and how you control your horniness? Thanks!

I use to take Ritalin, Adderall , Strattera before. It make me sleepy and it took longer to get erection.
You can stop the porn. I know you can.you just got to decide with yourself and control your mind. I believe you can stop it. Take it day by day.
The way i control my hornless is to think about the next chick that i am going to smash.
