    Backlog 5/1/2010:

I'm 23, I've been reading about PE for a long time and have and short stints of 2-3 weeks of doing any sort of working out. I'm doing O.K. for myself. I'm BPEL 7.25 and EG 5.25. The reason i've joined this forum is so that i can keep on track with motivation from reading how are guys are going. I hope to reach 8" x 6" but honestly i'd be happy with 7.5 x 5.5. If i had to choose one length or girth. i'd choose girth because it feels so awsome to hold your big thick dick after a good jelq session. I'm starting on jp beginners workout i'm really looking forward to seeing if i can make any gains in the first 90 days.

    Present Day:

Well, I've measured for the first time today and I'm really stoked by what I saw. My EQ has been a bit up and down but i've learnt to look at my PI's and decide what days to workout on and others to rest. So i haven't gained in length yet but i've heard that it's to be expected for the first few months. On the other hand I have gained in girth, 1/8" pushing towards 1/4" which i'm stoked about. I'm going to keep persisting with JP's routine and hope that the lenght gains come.

    Spot.
    Starting (5/1/2010): BPEL: 7.25" EG: 5.25"
    Current (16/2/2010): BPEL: 7.25" EG:5.38"

You want girth huh? Seems like you may be more prone to adding girth than length, as some people appear to be. I'm the opposite. After 1 month on JP's routine I gained nearly .3 in length and nothing in girth. Very interesting.

I hope so skeptic. A 1/3 of an inch in length is pretty awesome tho the girth will come. From what I've read some peoples units are a little more stubborn than others when it comes to girth. I'd be stoked with that anyway.

Rest day today. Looking forward to tomorrows session.

Ah if I'm not mistaken another Aussie on the forum. I have respect for Geelong, not only for the incredible side they have on the park at the moment, but the similarities between Port and Geelong are many over the history of our clubs.

You've got a great starting size mate, you will get a massive eye boggling cock by the time your done if you keep your consistency up and ensure your technique is spot on.

First solid session for about a week today, due to privacy issues. Hopefully now i can get some consistency now.

            warm-up 10mins
            JP's routine
            warm-down 15mins
30mins of edging to pop (not going to make the 'pop' a regular part of my routine)

Started cayenne pepper supplement today, so I'll see how it goes.

Rest day today. Just did an easy 3km run trying to get the miles in my legs for footy. Thought I'd keep a log of my fitness exploits as well to see if there is any correlation between physcial activity and PE gains.

Currently I'm footy training 3 times a week. In the gym twice a week trying to put on some weight.

If your reading this, I hope your well.

Kept todays session pretty light on the jelqing side of things. But the stretching routine was as normal.

                10min warm-up
Stretching (helis, pull to left and right kegal and left and right circle stretches.
10mins of wet jelqs 4-6 second strokes
                4 mins of v-jelqs 2-3 second strokes
                15min warm down.

A question for anyone who reads my log; does the swelling in the foreskin for uncut fellas ever not occur during or after a PE session? Particularly during stretches?

If theres anything else that you think i should be doing that isn't already in my routine, feel free to let me know.

Another session down. Seemed to have resolved the swelling issue in my foreskin with a change of technique. Really felt like i was doing some quality stretching today which is always good i spose. Workout today was the same as yesterday but i did add in some light clamping, going up 1 click every minute for 10mins and have seemed to recover really well. Wait and see how i feel tomorrow.

                  Have a great weekend!

                    Sunday:
                    Warm-up
Normal stretching routine with noticable improvments to quality of stretches due technique correction
2 sets of clamping at 10mins each with gradual pressure increase.
                    Warm-down

                    Monday:
                    Warm-up
                    Stretches from JP's routine
                    10mins of wet jelqs
                    3mins of V-Jelqs
10mins of Clamping with gradual pressure increase
                    Warm-down

Measuring day tomorrow though i'm not expecting much...

Rest day today. So, I measured today... and got the same measurements as two weeks ago. BUT I did notice the my EQ was nowhere near as good as it has been previously. So now I'm stuck on what to do, whether to take a few days off and let me EQ rise or to continue as normal. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

                        15 min warm-up
                        JP's routine today
                        15 min cool down
a solid 45+ mins of edging (not too busy today)

felt like a solid session, good flaccid hang after workout.
I've decided to keep out clamping for a whole even though i think it was responsible for gains made prior to joining this forum.

Usual workout today, though not much edging due to time constriants.
Measured my BPSFL and it was 7.75. Not sure if there is any correlation between BPEL and BPSFL but here it is.
Seriously thinking about taking a week off because a lot of guys have done so and reported gains when they return.

                            hey guys, I'm back

Been doing a little bit of PE in the last couple of months but not much due to work load at uni. Just started back last week with a regular routine tho i've only been doing 15mins of jelqs both v and ok grip included. Girth being my main objective, does it make it harder to stretch later on if i decide i want to go for more length?
                            Its good to be back!

So I've been back into some solid PE for the last week and now I'm already feeling like I'm in this for the long haul. In the way of my routine, i haven't been doing anything too exciting.

                              Routine
                              7mins normal jelq
                              3-4mins v-jelq
                              7mins normal jelq
                              3-4mins v-jelq

Very basic, going for girth but think I'm going to add in some uli's on recommendation from RockOfFox. I'd really love another half inch length but in the 6 solid weeks that i did stretches i saw no results. I don't know whether to persist or not.

                              Spot.
