  • Legen-Dary's Log

As an ongoing participant in PE gym's workouts, I decided that I'd finally take that next step into making some serious gains and begin a Progress log. I hope that in this process I will not only be able to keep myself more accountable, but I will also be able to become more knowledgable in PE itself.

This will hopefully be a very detailed log, as I feel the more detail I provide, the easier it is to stay on top of making posts. I will constantly be doing research, as well as asking questions from the more experienced members of this forum in order to optimize my results!

One opinion of mine is that in a sense, PE is similar to working out your body in a gym. Testing out new techniques and switching workouts so that your body does not become too accustomed to one workout is very important. I'm always going to be looking for a more efficient way of doing things, a new theory that may suit myself more than others.

(Blah Blah Blah) Anyways, time for the goal setting.

As for today's workout, it's a rest day in my program, as I just finished the JP90 workout and I'm about to switch routines. I'm going to try and incorporate a lot of length work as the TGC theory shows I need it to make the best gains. I think I'm going to start with a modified JP90 style workout before I move into more advanced things (Definitely not ready for hanging, too scared of injury.)

Going to do a lot of research today, see what I can find and build off that for tomorrow's workout! Super excited.

      Day 1: Workout Day

10 minutes warm up with heating pad

20 Minutes of manual stretching, kegels, and reverse kegels.
What I did here was used Stretches at every angle, mixing in both kegels
and reverse kegels during every stretch. In the last 5 minutes of the 20 I
did both a clockwise and a counterclockwise rotater stretch.

Oh, also, every 3 or 4 minutes I did a few helicopter shakes to keep blood
      circulating!

      10 minutes of Ultimate Jelqs
5 minutes of the V Jelq

      10 minute warm down.

So in this new program I'm starting, I wanted to try timed work. That way, I don't rush myself into trying to finish a set, and I can focus on more quality reps instead of quantity of reps. I definitely feel like it worked well.

Compared to some other programs I've seen, this may not look like alot of work (It was), but I do firmly believe in easing into an advanced program. Also, I will not be purchasing any equipment until I feel my gains are at a standstill.

It was a good day, now to take my multi-vitamin, protein shakes, and my fish oil pills and I'm set. I take these for health purposes, whether they work in PE or not, I don't know, but it can't hurt to try!

Oh, on a side note, I'm testing out Traction Wrapping as a post-workout therapy, and will be logging hours on that. I feel that this will be a good beginner's tool into using possibly a Phallosan. Just my opinion, I'm not an expert.

The main reason I want to log hours with this technique is simply to better track my progress and see how far I've come. I may also apply this technique to my other exercises as well in the near future; track the total hours of manual stretching and jelqing, etc. It sounds like a good idea so why not, can't hurt.

On another note, I've read a lot about PIs recently and I will be adding a section to each of my workout day logs discussing my PIs. Also, I want to add a section to talk about my workouts at the gym, since I keep a log anyways on my own and this will be easier to keep up with. I have to get over my knee surgery first unfortunately

          Day 2: Workout Day

10 minute warm up with heating pad

25 minutes of Manual Stretching (Similar to yesterday but added the Jai Stretch and the A-Stretch)

          12 minutes of Ultimate Jelqing
8 minutes of the V Jelq

          20 minute Edging session

          10 minute warm down

Today's workout felt really good, and recently I've been getting the privacy I need to stay stress free. The Manual stretches were great, I really tried to focus on taking the least amount of rest possible without hurting myself. I think I'm really going to love the A-Stretch. Both jelqs went much better than yesterday as I had a very good erection level today.

EQ is great. PIs are positive. Traction Wrap is on to cement those gains. Until tomorrow!
