Okay, So I started PE back in 2008 however I wasnt commited at all, so after being on and off with my training I decided to nut up, and commit to making my goals a reailty.
In the fall of 2014 I got serious, started with 2 on 1 off days jp90 workout, after that I moved on to more intrsne workouts. Curently I'm hanging in the am with the hanging 101 as my guide.
I'm also doing v jelq's, horse squeeze, bundled stretch, two handed stretch, a stretch, internal stretch and mandingo stretch and using the bathmate.
I don't know how many hours i've logged in my extenders, but i typically wear it 4-8 hours a day, depending on the day.
I'm also using a balloon technique for gland expansion. As well as a kegel workout routine.
When I started in December, I was 5.5 EL and EG was 4.5 each month I take measurements. Curently I'm as of June 23 2015 my stats are BPEL: 6.5 NPBEL: 6 EG:4.5
I find length for me is very easy to gain, but girth is hell!!!!! So is cementing flaccid length gains! frusterating to say the least!!
