  • AngeloJA's log

Hi everyone, I have heard about the importance of creating a personal log and sharing it with others. I am proud to say that after the first 5 days on the JP 90 I have gained .25 in length. I have noticed better EQ and new tiny veins coming to the surface. I've taken a few pictures but don't know how to resize the images.

I have followed the JP 90 with a few variations: I don't have a great emphasis on stretching and I am not doing V-jelqs or helicopter swings. I am doing 200-220 wet jelqs and 75 squeezes. By squeezes I mean using the OK grip midshaft and kegeling blood into the glans and then using the other hand to squeeze the blood out and cycle it through. I can feel the movement of the blood with every squeeze.

For the next five days I plan to increase by about 25 jelqs but keep the same intensity. I also would like to focus on more stretching and stay consistent with my warm-ups and warm downs.

The only real issues/concerns that I have is making sure I am not jelqing or stretching fully erect. I have been doing about 20 sets of 10 to 12 jelqs. Only problem with this is in my sessions take a bit longer but I'd rather have this problem than a problem with lack of blood supply. I am taking protein, arginine, glutamine along with my non-PE related workouts.

Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated

After doing some reading on the success forum I still can't believe I'm up .25 after one week. I am convinced this is 100% EQ but gains are gains and I'll definitely take what I can get. I learned that the goal of JP 90 is not necessarily gaines but more for the conditioning. I have tapered my expectations because I do not want to be disappointed if this spike in length ends at .25.

Anyway, today I will begin week 2, day 2 on the JP 90 routine. I'm happy to report I am able to keep my erecton level at a more manageable level so I don't have to stop after every 10 reps to let my erection subside. Maybe my body is starting to know the difference between work and play. I'm also expecting an X4 extender this week to help my stretching regiment. I'm barely doing any stretching because I get erect pretty quick when I stretch. I am not sure how long I am going to be able to wear the extender but I guess it just depends on how well it stays on and how discrete it is.

Angelo, welcome to the Gym and congratulations on starting your own progress log. It's good to help you see where you've been and what's working and what isn't. It also helps you be consistent and can become a kind of accountability check to see if you are keeping with the program.
The JP90 is definitely for conditioning, but I wound up with some great newbie gains from it as well. I actually did the JP90 twice with a two week break between. That worked well for me and prepared me for the more advanced manual work and clamping that I am now doing.
I wish you well on your journey.

Just finished day 2, week 2 and I'm utterly amazed. I started at 6.25 BPEL and 4.75 BPEG and I was tempted to measure yet again! I reached 6.75 easily. Girth was the same. I could not believe my eyes so I measured several times to make sure I wasn't dreaming.

I've measured along the right side of my shaft my whole life so I'm not changing. I will never claim to be larger than one who measures on top. Regardless, I'm sticking to this since I've done it my whole life. I think for me there is about a .3 drop off in length my measuring on top. I've heard some urologist measure on the side too. At the end of the day, this way I know my gains are accurate if the ruler in the same spot everytime.

If these are pure EQ gains, I can only imagine what "real" gains will add up to.

My testosterone is so much higher prImarily because I haven't worked out (full-body) in 7 years and I'm now working out consistently. I'm taking whey protein, l-glutamine, l-arginine, multi vitamin, and fish oil.

        Thank you PE!!!

Newbie gains are wonderful but at this stage are probably due to improved EQ. Nevertheless, improved EQ is one of the real benefits of PE, so congrats on the newbie gains.

            Week 2 overview:

I completed 4 straight days of 240 jelqs. I made sure I warmed up every time but some of the days I was very pressed for time so I missed out on the squeezes and warm downs a couple days. I fully rested on day 5 and did some length work on the 6th day which included 5 hours in the x4 extender. Day 7 consisted of 3 hours in the extender and half the reps of jelqs (120).

I was pretty sore after using the extender because my skin is not used to it at all. I noticed a better flaccid hang after extending and was blown away by my morning wood. So strong it woke me up 3 times.

I am going to implement a schedule change in my PE as I start week 3. I plan to follow my modified JP 90 followed by 2-4 hours of extending. My plan is to do 2 days on and 1 day off. I feel 5 on 2 off would be way to much strain due to the added extending after manual exercises.

Week 3 day 2 of my journey went very well. I hit the sweet spot as far as repetitions go. I remember on my first day I was only able to do 10 reps before having to stop to let my erecton subside. Today I was able to hit 40 reps before getting too hard. This was awesome as it really sped up the time it took to complete the session.

After finishing the manual exercises I used the x4 extender for 2 hours. I am not sold on achieving gains from the extender because I don't really feel the ligaments stretch. Who knows, I've only logged 11 hours so far, maybe after 900 hours I'll feel different.

I'm my opinion I feel like the biggest benefit of the extender is being in an elongated state for an extended period of time. Perfect for a post exercise stretch.

I'm right in the middle of week 3 and I just measured pretty close to 7 inches (just over 6.75). That's a little more than .5 inches in length in less than 3 full weeks. Maybe my 1 inch goal in one month was a little off, but I could do it at the end of the JP 90. Right now I'm on day 19.

Just finished the last work day of week 3. Tomorrow will be day 21 and a rest day. For week three I did 130 jelqs; counting each hand as one rep. For week 4 I'm going to do 140. I plan to do three days on one off, two days on one off. I don't want to get too far into extending until I get better conditioning, so I will only extend two days a week after a session.

The biggest reason that I believe I made such fast EQ/newbie gains is because of the attention I pay to each jelq. Not only that but my 40 reps sets are really working in my favor. When I start I'm at about 20% erect and by the time I hit 40 reps I am at 80%.

Everyone reacts differently to jelqing. Some people lose blood flow over time, others stay the same, or like myself, slowly gain bloodflow. I believe this is very important. By slowly collecting blood with every rep, I kind of see it as hitting all possible blood flow scenarios in one 40 rep set.

As far as measuring goes I really want to scale back. I think the next time I should measure is at 60 days. I don't want to get super excited about my quick EQ/newbie gains. In a year from now there will be no way I will gain .5 in one month. I have to keep things in perspective and stay patient and committed.

Week 4 is under way! I just did 40 v jelqs along with my 140 regular. The regular one feel like it's targeting the top and bottom of the shaft and the v jelqs really target the sides. I've neve tried the v jelqs before. I think I'm going to make it a regular part of the routine.

                        Week 4:
                        Warm up
                        140 wet jelqs
                        40 v jelqs

Week 4 is in the books. I did 140 wet jelqs and 40 v jelqs each training day. I'm glad I came around to the v jelqs because it feels like a completely different exercise than the standard jelq.

I'm noticing a better flaccid state. That's all I really have to report for now. I'm pretty excited for week 5 to begin.

Today kind of threw me for a loop. I'm on day 5, week 5 of jp90 and I thought the erection problem while jelqing was behind me. However, today was like day 1 all over again.

After 20 reps I became pretty close to 100% erect. After waiting for the erection to subside, I started the next set. Only 5 reps in, and I became fully erect again.

I decided to masturbate lower my erection in order to finish my 140 rep session. The problem now was that I was flaccid while jelqing. I was completely flaccid but still fully engourged. I feel like I was moving some blood but not as much as I would with a 40-60% erection. This caused me to rush and tighten my already firm grip.

If I hadn't masturbated my session would have taken way too long. Next time this happens I'll try to struggle through it.

Today's session went SO much better. I cranked out 7 sets of 40 wet jelqs, and 6 sets of 10 v jelqs. Some days are much more difficult than others. I definitely needed to reset my mind. I was on the road for 3 and a half hours today. Got home at 12:30 AM and still got my session in. Now that's dedication! Can't wait for week 6 of the JP 90 to start. One more day and week 5 is a wrap!
