    After one false start 6 weeks ago, i've decided to go again, with a log this time. Not that i think the lack of a log impeded me, i just got caught up with life and forgot. Anywho...

    Tuesday 14th - JP 90 . Felt good, penis responded well, warmed up with a rice sock, V-jelq's, or my technique could be an issue, left my foreskin a tad swollen, will have to rest tomorrow.

    Thursday 16th -JP 90 . Felt better again, did v-jelqs with foreskin exclusively up this helped, none of the issues of tuesday, alternated when doing the jelq's. Really feel like my penis will respond really well if i keep at it.
    Start/Current - BPEL 6.75", EG 5.5"
    Goals - BPEL 8", EG 6.0"

      Tuesday 21st July - Rice sock warm up and down. JP 90. Went well, V-Jelqs felt more substantial as i emphasised the penis being against the stomach from the beginning of the stroke.
      Start/Current - BPEL 6.75", EG 5.5"
      Goals - BPEL 8", EG 6.0"

        Wednesday 22nd July - JP90, worried about turkey neck (not because i have it, but because i just heard about it) i held my scrotum/testicles down as i did my Jelq's, feel like it went ok, also had a two for one scrotum/testis stretch effect. This made each set more time consuming, may add this every 2nd or third session. Overall a good session. When warming down i added a gentle hot massage of glands with my rice sock. this was super effective as any signs of swelling went down. Will do from now on.

          Thursday 23rd July - JP90, Went well as always, my schlong seemed to be hanging super fat and long, between reps when i was doing near flacid swirls between sets. i'm wondering about time, my strokes seem really long, so the whole jp90 takes easy an hour 10 mins. I altered v-jelqs again, im doing 50 long single strokes as im incorporatiing pulling my testis down as yesterday, but didn't bother doing it for the standard jelqs. This is all to ward off turkey neck, prevention is better than cure! I know a lot of guys don't want it, but my cock is as pretty as george Costanza's hands and i don't want to lose that as i gain. Thats really the reason my reps are so long too, im very careful with form. This JP 90 will work for me for a long time, i can tell that even long after 90 days it will do the trick.
