    Here we go guys. I am about a month and a half into a beginner routine that I made following

    My routine consists of warm up -> jelqing -> stretching -> edging -> warm down.

    I have an excel file log for the previous workouts but decided to post here from now on. So ill just start from today's session and take it from there. For the sake of clarity, I am ~5.5 BPEL and ~4.5 MEG with premature ejaculation. I hope to have 8x6 in the long term while overcoming premature ejaculation. Also my premature ejaculation was probably induced by starting a kegel routine when I first joined this site. I got to a point where I could do a strong 2 min front kegel hold without any RKs.

    Today's session was as follows:
    15 min warm up
    150 jelq reps
    3 stretch series @ 15, 15, 20 (I'll explain what that means)
    20 mins edging with some ballooning whenever I get close to PONR
    20 min warm down

    What I call a stretch series is basically a series of stretches. I go straight out, left, right, up, down and then do an extended rotating stretch where I stretch out my penis and simply move in clockwise and counterclockwise rotations. That constitutes one series for me and I did the 3 series at 15 second holds for each stretch for the first 2 series then a 20 second hold for the last series.

    I also gradually increase the number of jelqs I do but I jelq slightly differently. I have a big vein (I think it's called the dorsal vein) on the topside of my penis that I have injured in the past when I tried PE before having the discipline for it and so when I jelq, I try not to apply too much pressure on the vein. What I basically do is have it so that when I do the ok grip or the overhand grip there is a part of the grip that has a more outward look to it. Like the part of the grip where the index finger bends and forms a corner. I have that part pass over the vein so that I don't put too much pressure on the vein. Basically, I avoid putting too much pressure on the vein.

    My edging is basically a mix of different styles. I kind of follow a hybrid form of edging that uses ByggD's arousal control program and ammonite's plateau edging. Which can be found at

    What I basically do while edging is mix strokes (3 short strokes with 2 long strokes), focus on eliminating IK, try to consciously reprogram my mental experience (ByggD style) and gradually try to increase the intensity by using imagination, faster strokes or a firmer grip (not too firm as I don't want to give myself DE). I also use the start and stops to reach my goal and balloon whenever I get close to PONR. I started out at 5 mins and have some ups and downs.

    I have recently started RKs during my warm up as I find I can actually do them when I'm sitting/laying down and almost impossible while standing.


    Also, I have been a long time lurker here so I may incorporate things into my session that I have read here and there over the past 2 or so years.

    Workout 26

    15 minutes warm up
    155 jelqs
    3 stretch series (straight out, left, right, up, down, rotational) for 15, 15 and 20 seconds each
    25 minutes edging with about 5 minutes ballooning included
    15 minute warm down

    Ejaculated at end though tried really hard not to. At first sperm was just oozing out then kegels kicked in and I actually felt the orgasm. Ballooning showed me that the underside of my penis is what makes me ejaculate, especially where the underside meets the glands. So will work on that area and be mindful of staying even further away from PONR when stimulating that area.

    I will also have to go back and restudy jelqs and stretches as I sometimes feel some sessions are more beneficial than others as I focus on form and technique rather than on reps or finishing a series.

    Also, I noticed that the RKs I try to do while standing are all back RKs and can only do front RKs at certain positions while sitting or laying down. My EQ was a bit low at some points during edging. So I may have to add in some kegels but I may need to figure out when to use kegels and RKs during my sessions.

      ejaculated at end though I didn't intend to. Discovered that there are more sensitive spots on my penis and spent some time close to PONR rubbing some of these sensitive spots to confirm them. The underside of my penis can lead to ejaculate and was what happened this session.

      Did RK during warm up so EQ was nice for jelqs and stretches but a bit low for first 10 mins of edging. Will probably have to incorporate kegels into warm up as well. I should also note my abs were pretty sore and made RKs much more PF based.

        45 mins edging (25 - 30 mins edging with 15-20 mins spent ballooning)

        Did not ejaculate at end. tried doing a cool down instead of warm down at end of session because of some things I read on this forum and it seemed to have delayed the turtling that I normally get.

        Also when I did my warm up I did 5 mins of kegeling and 10 mins of RK but the RKs were much harder to do as always but especially so today since I find it difficult to RK after Kegels as my PF is already tense. I did these while sitting/laying since I cant do them standing but can do kegels in almost any position. I also forgot to mention that I have a hard flaccid and have had one for as long as I can remember. So I will continue my RK/K routine in favor of RK.

          I took ~2 weeks off since it was the end of my semester and I had to get acclimated to my new schedule for the new semester. I kind of eased back from what I usually do so that its like a 2 steps forward 1 step back kind of deal. Also my erections do need work and I did 5 mins kegeling and 10 mins RK during the warm up.

          Something strange that I noticed while edging was that if I stopped close to PONR, then sometimes a little bit of cum will ooze out but like a drop or two. However after repeatedly edging and ballooning, it has come to the point where I've practically ejaculated from the amount of cum that has oozed out but haven't orgasmed nor experienced those kegels that accompany an ejaculation. I may ask about that in the premature ejaculation forum later.

            Only did 5 mins kegels and 7 mins RK during warmup since kegels gave me an erection and I still cant RK while erect. Ejaculated at end of session. Couldn't help it today, discipline is lacking after a long day. I will measure for gains when my erection quality improves to see if I have gained.

              Yesterday was a bad day since I was having trouble keep my erection level in check during the whole session and ejaculated wayyy too early from lack of discipline. I wasn't going to record but realized this is counter productive and that's the reason for forums like these to work through these issues.

              todays session was notably more product and I didn't kegel or rk during warm up as it was making my erection level too high for jelqs and stretches as I noticed yesterday. I will have to find a better spot for kegels and rk in my routine or maybe during some other part of the day.

              didn't ejaculate at end and will try to keep ejaculation to a minimum as I work on both stamina and size. I was able to practically do all my jelqs in a row and all my stretches as my erection level was cooperative.

                Been hard getting myself to do a session and have missed a few days but hopefully am back on it. I may have to drop to three workout days a week instead of my intended 4 but we'll see how it goes. Anyways, no ejaculation at the nd and it was very difficult to do this. Also I felt like I was at PONR at the end of my edging session but did a RK/flexed my lower abs into my pelvic floor and was able to stop it with only some precum leaking out. I am still working on increasing the amount of time to reach PONR. I stop a lot during edging to let the sensation subside or just balloon through it.

                did not ejaculate at the end. I am trying to get my body used to pleasures other than ejaculation. It makes my nut sack feel very full and I may get blue balls soon but I will try to stick to ejaculating only once a week.

                  Havent been posting my sessions and missed several workouts but here's todays session:

                  5 min cool down

                  did not ejaculate at end but I did ejaculate this morning at about 6:30 so about 17 hours in between morning ejaculation and this session. My discipline has been lacking and is one of the reasons why I have been missing sessions

                    I think the volume was too much for me previously so I cut back 10 jelqs and removed 1 stretch series but increased the time spent edging. I will probably cut some more volume out of the jelqs probably and just maintain the numbers

                      I ejaculated at the end. I also had 3 sessions last week but didn't have internet access to post them or record them but the volume was the same with jelqs and stretches. I also masturbated about 13 hours prior to this session. EQ is always a bit funny. Either EQ is a bit too high for jelqs and stretched and too low for edging or the EQ is fine for jelqs and stretches but too low for edging. Kegel training made me very hard very fast which is detrimental to length/girth work but no kegels makes my EQ suffer, its the opposite with RK.

                        Did not ejaculate at end but did masturbate about 14/15 hours prior to session. I have been missing sessions depending on my work schedule. No excuse but it is what it is. My EQ was slightly low during jelqs but a bit too high during stretches and a bit low for edging which I counter balanced with a very slight kegel and also edging while sitting which I hear puts pressure on the prostate and makes you come sooner at least according to material I have read here.

                        I'm still lacking in my routine and work/school keeps me from fully pledging to it but I feel like some kegels will make my gains show up but I haven't measured yet. I will probably do a week of kegels and measure for some sort of indication to how things are doing.

                          The edging for the last session was ~30 minutes.

                          EQ was rather strange. It fluctuates and some sessions it's too low and others too high. So time should be taken with a grain of salt because I'm not as hard as I could or probably should be.
