I want to begin documenting my progress. I am not new to this, I have got some years in this with results to show. I want to begin by touching on a few things.
Regarding Girth:
I have never been a huge jelqer, it is not something that I specifically make time for. Jelqing to me is a such a common practice that I do just about every time I see my penis! Ex. when I go to pee or take a shower or before sex or while I'm at the gym etc. just any reason I can think of to get a quick pump in. I don't rely on jelqing as my main source/ practice for girth. That's what the pump is for!
I use to have the bathmate until someone broke into my car about 3 years ago and stole it and a few other items. So anyway, this year I bought the new pulsar by Vacu-tech and I must say that I love this thing! Before the bathmate I owned the Dr.Kopeland pump, as I do recall I did not like it at all. In my opinion the pulsar is superior to the exalted bathmate. It is just a better quality of pumping with advanced controls. However there are 2 important things that the pulsar does not offer that the bathmate does. 1 you cannot pump with the pulsar in water which is a benefit because warm water increases circulation which is crucial in pumping because circulation to the penis becomes cut off once pressure is applied. Water is composed of two hydrogen molecules and one oxygen molecule. Why is that important? Penis pumps work by drawing out all oxygen out of the cylinder, so to have water visibly present in a pump is a plus because water has oxygen in it. Oxygen is IMPORTANT to overall penile health, without it you can destroy nerve function and could permanently lose all function of your junk! And that information doesn't just apply to pumping but to every form of PE (Stretching, jelqing, hanging, extender etc.). Cutting off circulation for prolonged periods, means lack of fresh blood which is the penises only supply of oxygen! 2 the practicality of the bathmate is priceless! I use to take that thing with me to the gym and after a workout, I would run up the hot water bill with the bathmate! I really miss having that bathmate and plan on getting another one in a nearby future, but at the moment it isn't a priority.
