  • Returning back to PE

I want to begin documenting my progress. I am not new to this, I have got some years in this with results to show. I want to begin by touching on a few things.

    Regarding Girth:
I have never been a huge jelqer, it is not something that I specifically make time for. Jelqing to me is a such a common practice that I do just about every time I see my penis! Ex. when I go to pee or take a shower or before sex or while I'm at the gym etc. just any reason I can think of to get a quick pump in. I don't rely on jelqing as my main source/ practice for girth. That's what the pump is for!

I use to have the bathmate until someone broke into my car about 3 years ago and stole it and a few other items. So anyway, this year I bought the new pulsar by Vacu-tech and I must say that I love this thing! Before the bathmate I owned the Dr.Kopeland pump, as I do recall I did not like it at all. In my opinion the pulsar is superior to the exalted bathmate. It is just a better quality of pumping with advanced controls. However there are 2 important things that the pulsar does not offer that the bathmate does. 1 you cannot pump with the pulsar in water which is a benefit because warm water increases circulation which is crucial in pumping because circulation to the penis becomes cut off once pressure is applied. Water is composed of two hydrogen molecules and one oxygen molecule. Why is that important? Penis pumps work by drawing out all oxygen out of the cylinder, so to have water visibly present in a pump is a plus because water has oxygen in it. Oxygen is IMPORTANT to overall penile health, without it you can destroy nerve function and could permanently lose all function of your junk! And that information doesn't just apply to pumping but to every form of PE (Stretching, jelqing, hanging, extender etc.). Cutting off circulation for prolonged periods, means lack of fresh blood which is the penises only supply of oxygen! 2 the practicality of the bathmate is priceless! I use to take that thing with me to the gym and after a workout, I would run up the hot water bill with the bathmate! I really miss having that bathmate and plan on getting another one in a nearby future, but at the moment it isn't a priority.

    Regarding Length:
I have learned that as a rule of thumb, the sequence in which a gain comes to be a reality is always in a flaccid state 1st. Once a document worthy gain is achieved, what happens 2nd is there is almost always an immediate in girth! Allow me to explain. When the phallus is stretched in a flaccid state, the circumference (girth) "thins-out". Example; before stretch circumference-3.5"/ after stretch circumference-2.3". The directional nature of girth and girth gains is to expand outward. The directional nature of length and length gains is simple, to stretch forward. There is no other direction in which we can apply force to expand or stretch. After a stretching or hanging session what happens to the penis if we don't continue to stretch forward? It retracts inward. Because of the inevitable retraction there is an immediate girth gain. The goal after stretching and then retraction is to completely expand the phallus in a forward motion (jelqing). This continues the stretch in a girth addressing manner!

We must understand that you cannot have one without the other, you cannot have just length without girth. Why? Because our current girth cannot support new length. With new length must come new girth and vice versa. I for the longest was solely concentrated on length and length only (in many ways I still am). But have come to realize that all these years, I have been limiting my gain potential. I have also realized that I have been limiting my ability to access my phallus. I now have 2 approaches for length and 2 approaches for girth. These approaches compliment each other. I know that when I make a gain in girth it is most like due to a gain I have made in length (and vice versa).

Now, I would like to discuss a technique that I have adopted over the years. I'm sure it has a different name than the one I have given it, but I call it "Shadow stretching". How it works is like this; I begin by turning off the lights and preforming the following in a dark room. The darkness is a crucial part for me because now I am not being distracted or excited by my dick, I can't see it, I can only feel. After a warm shower, I am relaxed with a calm heart rate & controlled breathing. I am completely flaccid, I begin to do manual stretches as I normally would but this time I am doing slow stretches with slow breathing with each individual stretch and I am focusing on a reverse kegel. Doing this allows me to release the floor/ pc muscles, now the only thing holding my penis back is the suspenionary and fundiform ligaments. This allows me now feel the amount of force being applied at the connecting points (which is a crazy feeling). Getting into a state of a reverse kegel is key but is also challenging. I always apply the same method to weight hanging except I don't do it in the dark (have to be safe). With the extender, I found that the penis is meant to be in the same state as it improves the quality of the stretch thus improving the micro fibers being torn. It is all relative. Of these I am very fond of the actual shadow stretching, when done correctly you can do bundled and combination stretches an really optimize your stretching in a way that a weight or extender just can't do. Very powerful stuff!

I believe in advanced stretches in preformed in a semi- erect or erect state. But you really have to be conditioned to do these as you are at a higher risk of injury. Do not rush into these, get at least 6 months before attempting, maybe more. I will elaborate on erect stretches and bends in a future post.

      Muscle Memory:
Real quickly, I am 4-5 months into my return to PE and I am already starting to regain! Yes, you heard me I am starting to tap into my previous length and girth gains after 4 years of inconsistency. I noticed that as I have aged and strayed away from PE. That I have also focused on other things such as excessive working, drinking, drugs, not exercising, not eating smart and most importantly NOT fucking as much! I have made note that my EQ, length and girth are not the same as they use to be, have been going in a negative direction and overall I have been counter productive. You know what I really love about PE? It is that it is more than just PE! Your status with your PE reflects on other aspects of your lifestyle. If your work life, eating and exercise habits aren't going well chances are that these aren't the only things in your life that aren't going well too! I have realized that I have been in a state of depression or carelessness, I just haven't cared, I have lacked confidence and have done nothing to rebuild my confidence until recently. PE hasn't been a priority.

Now 4-5 months isn't a long time and trust me I have been extremely cautious in my approaches regarding manual stretches, hanging & pumping. And I mean that I treat downtime with the equal respect of my penile exercises. As a matter of fact it has been about 2 months since my last hang and after I complete this 6th month, I plan on taking 3-4 weeks off from all PE and restart. With each 16th of an inch gain comes a bit of confidence. We are taking baby steps towards our goals and to become better overall men!

I am personally excited this time around because I am measuring differently than before. I use to measure on the side of my shaft, now I am measuring from the top of my shaft facing me! Which I am sure is the technically correct way to measure, I bit more challenging I might add.

Current Stats: EL 7.25" EG 5.35"

So about a month after the last post, took a month and half break from all PE. I am now trying to ease back into it, I am 2 weeks into it, I am going real slow this time. These past 2 weeks I have PEed twice. Along with the PE I am trying to ramp up my exercising and stretching my body. Last eating healthy is always on my agenda and is almost 2nd nature by now. But I want to follow up that last sentence by saying that I have been keeping sober from all drinks & drugs for about a year now. I feel it is important for me to state this because from hear on out, I want to attribute a portion of any successes achieved to my sobriety! I feel that sobriety is equally important as exercise and healthy eating! Having said that-

          DOWN TIME:
I feel that down time is relatively as important as the actual PEing that I do. This month and half that I have been off my routine, I have reflected on the intensity of my PE routine. I have fine tuned the routine and adopted a new concept to put into effect. I thought it to be rather necessary to evolve. With my age, body and health evolving, it was only wise for my mind to evolve as well. I'd have to say that this last round that I went 5 months on and as I stated 1 1/2 month off. The month and a half off was in my opinion sufficient down/ recovery time. Perhaps PE veterans would agree or would have a thereby similar suggestion. I think though however that 5 months on is a bit excessive. This seems to be the common mistake that I keep making, going too long. An all too familiar indicator or sign of this are the RED DOTS on my head! I want to make it a practice to disengage before the dots occur. So this time around I will be going 3 months on and continue the 1 1/2 month off. I will let you guys know how it works out.

          Stats are the same

Smooth muscle cells require nutrition, our heart and cardio vascular system require nutrition. I call the Heart, arteries/ veins (cardio vascular system) and the penis the "Highway". They are all directly associated with each other, with exception of internal organs which are also primarily composed of smooth muscles cells. Typically when I take a male enhancement pill, my erections expand because my arteries dilate and blood flow increases because my heart rate has also increased to pump more blood. It has always been my belief that increasing your blood at some point during a session is crucial! And when this happening, I also feel that is important to have already loaded up on your supplements. Both Pre and post P.E.

            SUPPLEMENTS:
So what are some of my base supps?
-Zinc: is an important mineral required for countless reactions and functions in the body, including proper growth and immune function, DNA synthesis, cell division and cellular metabolism.
-Magnesium: is needed to keep muscle and nerve functions normal and to keep the heart beating rhythmically. It also helps to support a healthy immune system, and keeps bones strong. Magnesium also supports energy metabolism and protein synthesis.
-Vitamin C: is a critical supplement in your program to improve cardiac health and avoid degenerative diseases. You need vitamin C for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body. It helps the body make collagen, an important protein used to make skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels. Vitamin C is needed for healing wounds, and for repairing and maintaining bones and teeth. It also helps the body absorb iron from nonheme sources.
-L-Arginine: is converted in the body into a chemical called nitric oxide. Nitric oxide causes blood vessels to open wider for improved blood flow. L-arginine also stimulates the release of growth hormone, insulin, and other substances in the body.

There are other great supplements that can be taken with respect to your P.E. exercise that you are attempting and of course your schedule. But these are essential to my P.E.ing.
