I think I posted this in the wrong form earlier so I thought I would repost in the correct.
I’m still a beginner so I thought I would post to show where I’m at and what my thought process is.
So I am a type of person who goes 100% knowing that and reading a lot of different forms I know that in PE you cannot do this. I know you can give 100% but you have to START SLOW. I hear these words in almost every post. Therefore that is what I did. The 90day program calls out for 150 reps. Being new I thought I should go even slower than that (to train myself). So this is what I started with this was 1 day on 2 days off 1day off 2 days on.
10mins warm up (heat pad)
10-15sec stretch (in all direction)
25 helicopters (each direction)
50 jelqs (under hand okay grip)
30 vs
50 jelqs (over hand okay grip
30 vs
If for some reason I felt sore or felt over worked (maybe from too much squeezing) I would take another day. However I have recorded all days and how I felt and my signs and all positive!
I did this for a month and may (or maybe not) gained 1mm. I will say I gained 1 mm (although when doing BPPL, this can vary) but for motivation purposes I said it was all me : )
Even thought I was getting good signs I was not really seeing results, therefore I decided the second month to go up to 3 sets (where im currently at.)
However at the end I would add in stretches and a warm down with the heat pad.
I’ve also increased the amount of days that i would do so currently I would say 3 days on 1-2 days off 1 day on 1 day off 3 days on… and just continue this.
My thought process on this is because on the third day I feel fatigued. (although my signs are great)
I just want to make sure that im continuing down a slow path…
I will be here at this stage for a month and then on the third month (if I see no changes) will add in more days (up to 5) and take off 2.. At this point I feel 150 is a good amount plus the 90 vs.
Does anyone see a problem with this or have any suggestions?
I will keep strong and positive!
Thanks guys
