1 Year Journey.
Measurements on Holidays ONLY.
Will be starting with the JP90 program (modified). Then I will be doing a bit more intense sessions after I finish the 90 days.

JP90 is 90 days, but I will be doing this journey for 365 days (1 year).

Start day is today! I'm super excited to start logging. Although I won't be logging everyday, I will be logging here and there.

On a side note.... has anyone noticed after masturbation, you feel so much lazier to perform PE? Something that I've noticed lol.
