  • Coffee's back on track

So about 2 weeks ago I really felt like doing PE again. Trying it way back when and not seeing immediate goals (I was one of those guys) quit for lack of results, even though my EQ was really improving!

My main mistake was not keeping track of my measurements or having many goals. After reading some of the articles and forums, motivation is outstanding here, I've decided to come back and hopefully keep an up-to-date log of my workouts and measurements.

I found some measurements from I'm not sure when and took some today:

    Date: ??
    (Inches)
    BPEL: 6 3/4
    NBPEL: 4.5
    Erect Girth: 5

    (Inches)
    Date: 06Sept15
    BPEL: 6.5
    NBPEL: 5 1/4
    EG: 5.1

    Goals:

    Ultimate:
    8-8.5 NBPEL x 6-6.5 G

    End of Year:
    -
Finish JPs 90 day, upping the intensity.
    - Start incorporating a hanging routine
    - Possible buy an ADS

    07Sept16:
    - BPEL: 6.7-7
    - NBPEL: 5.5-5.8
    - EG: 5.3-5.5
    - Flaccid: just look bigger haha

My goals may need a little downsizing I'm going public for critiques, so please chime in!!

I may have been measuring wrong on the first one, because that seems like a lot of growth for the work I put it. I now have a more reliable way of measuring.

I've tried both the 2 days on 1 off and 5 days on 2 off, the former feeling better for me so I'll stick to it for a couple more weeks before switching to 5/2.

I'm really trying my best here to stay on track for health/growth reasons.

Doing JPs workout with 10-15 minute warm up, sometimes forgetting to cool down with my rice sock. Have to remember that one! I'm on a really tight schedule from sunup to sundown, so it skips my mind.

I don't like to, but sometimes I'll also have to skip a set of V-Jelqs or regular ones for that matter because of the time crunch, but I'm trying to fix that right now. Have a long vacation coming up in about a month so I can stick to it when that comes.

Alrighty I'm done for now, time to start my routine!

    Welcome back, Coffee!

Your goals are yours, nothing wrong with trying for what you believe is achievable and then adjusting based on results. And, it sounds like you're coming back to it with a great attitude and a strong plan - making two of the biggest steps in obtaining anything already accomplished.

    Wishing you the best results.

      Update:

Everything is going well so far!

I had to cut back on JPs program, as my EQ was lowered.
The only difference is I'm doing 2 sets of Jelqs/V-Jelqs instead of 3 sets. Going to do this for another week and step up the intensity next week.

After toning the workouts down I got morning wood back and was able to get erections much easier. Feels like I'm getting harder now too.

I plan on measuring every two weeks like I read in one of the articles. It says if you don't gain at all then up the intensity up until you plateau, then rinse and repeat.

      Progress, however small, is progress!

I modified everything in JP90 and everything after that.

Look for PI's and try to figure out what is working and what's not. In my case I didn't need to spend a lot of time on PE and I never did things like edging. Edging if you don't have premature problems just seems useless to me. Warm up was me just taking a shower and soaping up after that I was pretty well good to go. No need for some time consuming warm work out. etc. etc.
        7 1/4 inches x 5 1/4 inches Spring 2014
        8 X 5 1/2 late summer 2014
        8 X 5 3/4 Feb. 2015 That took a while.
        8 X 6 goal
        8 X 5 7/8 May 2015, wife said stop for now.

Yea, V-Jelqs still seem really weird to me. I don't want to throw them out just yet.
I may or may not keep edging in my program. The extra blood flow is nice and may be what is helping me recover a little quicker between workouts.

          Update:

          20Sep15:

          BPEL: 6 10/16
          NBPEL:5 5/16
          EG: 5 2/16

          BPEL: growth 2/16
          NBPEL: growth 1/16
          EG: growth 1/16

Happy with the results, but always concerned if these are actual gains or muffed measurements.
We'll see! More reason to keep at it. Going to add in that 3rd set of jelqs this week.

            Update:

The week after I measured wasn't a good PE workout week for me. I missed a few sessions here and there. This past week I was back to normal. This was a huge step for me because I was excited to get back at it and mildly upset when I couldn't get my workouts in.

            03 Oct 15

            BPEL: 6 11/16
            NBPEL:5 6/16
            EG: 5 2/16

            BPEL: growth 1/16
            NBPEL: growth 1/16
            EG: growth 0

Overall not bad since I missed those workouts.
I tried hanging after my second warm up between stretching and jelqing.
Just hang my rice sock with velcro for a few minutes.

It was looking better, but nothing to brag about just yet!

                UPDATE:

Really sorry for not updating. Sorry more to myself, I know how important the log is!

In the process of moving, now with family and it's truly hard to find privacy and time to do these exercises.
PE is always on the brain, and I still to kegels/reverse kegels. I will try and find some time to actually do these exercises. The least I could do is take some measurements and see if any size has cemented.

When I'm moved in it's full speed ahead, although I'll give myself a couple weeks to get use to the volume

No loss in length or girth that I measured! I'll be back in my normal routine soon enough and will start from the beginning again.

After the 90 day program I'll consider hanging or a more advance routine.

Alright. Pretty much fully situated in my new place/schedule.

Re started the JP90 program, and will take measurements next week.

I'm way off on my end of year goals:

                    "End of Year:
                    -
Finish JPs 90 day, upping the intensity.
                    - Start incorporating a hanging routine
                    - Possible buy an ADS"

But after I finish the 90 day routine, I'll monitor my progress for another month and see if it's time to buy a hanging device. Not sure if I'm really into the ADS equipment.
