    New here started learning roughly a week ago, and now fully committed and started a routine 10/19.
    I'm not almost 5 days in and then will have my 2 off days since I'm doing the 5 on 2 off.

    For my first week I started and will follow through with the JP's 90 Day Beginner routine.
    Meanwhile I added the 20-30 minute Edging to my routine 5 hours before I do my Jelq routine and I do some stretching in my 10min warmup in the shower. Since I'm still new and condition my penis I am only doing the Flaccid bend strecth but only 4 sets and 10secs each stretch and will progress slowly up to the full 30secs as the weeks continue.

    Really looking forward to progress and staying committed to this so warm hands and advice always appreciated.

    Fully committed to JP's 90 Day beginner Routine 10/19
    20-30 min Edging session 5 hours prior to Jelq sessions
    10 min shower stretch - and JP's 90 Day beginner warm-up (Flaccid Bend 4x10secs)
    Followed by the wet Jelq 3x50
    V-Jelq - 3x30

    Oct 2015

    EG -5"
    FG - 4"

    Finished off today added 2 secs to my (Flaccid Bend 4x10secs) up to 12secs. Overall still feeling really good and gonna finish out the week strong then rest Saturday, Sunday.

      Today is my Day 5 and just finished up with a nice edging session and shower warm-down. I failed the edging though due to pushing my PONR to far and was kegaling but it pushed me over the edge. Though it didn't feel like ejaculation more like heavy-precum/surplus..still a little disappointed I didn't stop sooner, but I guess that's why this is progression! 5 days in now 2 off days will update come Monday! Thanks all for the support!

        I'm now 2 days into week #2 feeling pretty good. I have a little soreness around the the groin area i'm assuming from kegals /stretching, but doesn't seem to be to bad. If it gets worse I'll take a couple extra days rest to recover. Even though I'm only on my 2 week I've definitely had a slight increase in testosterone it feels like I'm constantly on edge, and I also feel my flaccid hang is a little longer on a regular basis. Just from these few indicators I feel really good about this routine and will still keep going strong!

          Officially done with week #2 besides the 2 rest days Saturday and Sunday. Still doing JP's 90 day routine with some light added stretches. I feel really good so far already notice a constant flaccid increase just from the stretching and extra blood flow. It's definitely a confidence booster even if I haven't increased in size yet. Will post again come next week as well no measuring until 30 days I want to stay confident and not be disappointed if things haven't changed. Better to stay focused on the routine then the results until I'm done. Thanks everyone for the support!!

            Quick side not - I have had a little bit of fatigue or soreness per say in the kegal muscles, but I believe this is just from training the kegal muscles. Will update Monday after recovery days to see if it goes away, it not then will take further days for recovery.

              Start of week #3 everything is feeling great. No stress/pulling/pain/uncomfort anywhere. Maybe just a little extra testosterone flowing through my body. All in all feeling great noticing a better flaccid hang assuming again due to the extra blood flow and stretching, but either wait definitely a confidence booster!! Less than half way to 30! Can't wait to see the results.

                Quick side not forgot to mention....starting to notice what almost look like stretch marks, on the shaft...not identical, but hopefully that's a good sign? Any thoughts to anyone who reads would be nice.

                  Was Edging today and had I believe my first dry orgasm*...not sure how I feel about that, but....kind of excited. Will update later after stretch and jelq session.

                    **UPDATE** Finshed session today went pretty good stretches feel really good..noticing a little more stretch to while doing them. Also Edged this morning with a slight failure due to reaching the PONR..aiming for the kegal, and almost had it but lacked literally for .5 secs and because of that it all came rushing back before I could regain control..so had a minor leak. Didn't feel like a full ejaculation like normal I think due to holding it back so not a huge deal I suppose. Aiming for only ejaculation during intimate times to help keep my testosterone as high as possible while doing JP's 90. 11/3 I was unable to do my full routine had very limited time. Did get in an edge session, and very minor stretches. Completed only 1 set of jelqs due to lack of time.

                      Alright! Week 4 of JP's 90 Day. Besides being unable to complete 1 day last week I was able to get some stretches in over the week on my off day but not Jelqs. Still feeling pretty confident and looking forward to my first 30 day measure-in. As of now this is my current routine with some stretches with shorter time so that I'm conditioning properly to the full 4-6 week break-in before I'm doing the full duration stretches.

                      20 Min shower Warm-up (Including stretches Below)
                      JP's 90 stretches
                      5 sets of 22 seconds Tunica Tugs - 15 rest between Reps
                      4 sets 22 seconds Flaccid Bends
                      Followed by the JP's 90 - 3x50 Jelqs alternating with 3x30 V-Jelqs
                      10min shower warm-down

                      Staying focused!! And still tuggin!!!

                        Back to the grind this week!!! Feeling pretty good so far I did miss Tuesday, but hopefully that won't affect me to much. Just had a lot going on and was unable to find the time. Today I had a really good session add in couple extra Jelqs and V-Jelqs only 25 Each. Seem to be having slight issues edging I feel like as I can push the PONR and hold it for about 15-20 secs but cant seem to hold it long enough to prevent ejaculation even though its not a full on just based on how I usually finish when I go for it. Have been also working on Plateau Eding and overall just enjoying edging versus hitting that sweet spot. Overall though have been keeping it to about 2-3 ejaculations a week, but hopefully trying to cut that down to 1-2 as to keep my testosterone as high as possible even though it feels like I'm constantly raging...lol. Flaccid Hang is still a really nice confidence booster as well I feel like my EQ is a little better on top of a slight increase. I did just buy a Glans Rings so did measurements for that really looking forward to getting that and trying that out as well. I am still really pumped about my first measure-in. Will continue to post and stay updated!! Thanks for the support!!

                          Here to update. Done with Week 3 heading into Week 4 as well my first 30 Day measure-in. Honestly really looking forward to this. Enjoying the JP 90 Day routine as well as some extra stretches. Seem to be making a difference from just my point of view, but wont know for sure just yet. As far as Edging goes I'm still having difficulties walking away before I push the PONR which is a little disheartening and almost makes me want to stop edging altogether. Even still will continue to focus and possible avoid it as much as possible. Failed to make my ejaculation count under 3. This week I'm at 5 so 1 for every day I had an edge session. Pushed myself over every when I would kegal to hold it from happening so thinking I should stop a little earlier. Regardless still pumped and still motivated. Thanks for the support everyone I can't wait until next week!!

                          Next week *GOAL* Don't ejaculate after any edge sessions and keep ejaculation under 2 if at all possible!!!

                            Week #4 Starting! Still tugging still stretching here is my current routine as of late.

                            25min Edge Session 5 hours prior to Jelq and stretches.
                            20min Shower warm-up stretchs as follow:
                            5 sets x 25seconds of Tunica Tugs
                            4 sets x 25 seconds of Flaccid Bends
                            This includes JP's 90 stretches as well followed by the 3sets x 50 regular Jelqs and 3sets x 30 V-Jelqs.
                            Then a 10 min warm-down with heating pad and warm rice sock.

                            I will have my 30 Day measure-in on the 19th! I can't wait!!!

                              MOMENT OF TRUTH!!! Here is my 30 Day measure-in!!! I'm sooo....stoked.
                              Start = BPEL = 6.25" / EG = 5"
                              30 Day = BPEL = 6.58" / EG = 5"

                              I've been doing the JP's 90 Beginner routine with added light stretches before and after JP Routine to help with the conditioning. Once I'm a full 6 weeks in will be adding the full time for the stretches and monitoring how I feel after doing them. Thanks everyone for the support couldn't have done it without everyone here and all the great information!!
