    Day 16: Rest

    Was going to so 5 days on but I a little tender yesterday so I took the day off. Nothing major just don't want to over do it...will go back to 5 on 2 off starting Sunday. As for the rest of this week I'll do 2 on 1 off

              Missed a few days because of the holiday but I started back today after missing 4 days
