    Hello all.
Am finally going to start recording my routine and progress to stay motivated.

My beginning stats are nbpel 6.5" and meg 4.8-5.0" beg 5.3-5.5"

i am going to be working on the jp90 even though i have a year or more of pe experience.

My first exercise 1 on 11/12/2015

I am going to do 2 on 1 off routine.

8 minute warm up in the shower.
    helicopter shakes

    Streteches
30sec stretches in 5 directions for 2 reps.
    10 counter and clockwise rotations

    Jelqs
    Today i did 150 reps at 60-80 % eq
I did not do v jelqs for a while but starting tomorrow i am going to do 90 reps of v jelqs

Question? is 90 reps considered both hands? so a total of 180 hand strokes?

    a 8-10 minute warm down.

I have been stretching more then usual and my member seems longer but thinner. I am thinking the reason why have not gotten gains is because i have not focused much at all on stretching. So even though i am feeling thinner i havea feeling it will even out when EQ goes up.

    Any tips or thoughts?

Yes, it is up to you to decide about how much EQ you are to experience. Only change a little, monitor !

Tommorow is DAY 2 exercise and i am going to try this sequence.

          Bathmate every other day.
Warm up 5 to 10 minutes then stretch for 5-10 minutes and then jelq for 10-15 minutes.
Then use the Bathmate for 3 5 minute sessions.
          Then rest every other day.

Question: Will i be safe to practice jelqs and stretches along with the bathmate if i am new to it?

I have over a years of PE experience and am pretty conditioned . I will do only short 5 minute sessions on a low pressure

Tomorrow is a well deserved rest day. An no stretches pumping or anything. ( which is hard because I always want to do something)

I will spend the day working out and reading.

                    Low eq from stretching.

Today I ended up pumping for 5 minutes to keep conditioning
And did some light stretches. But my eq is very low.

I am going to save stretches for just beginning of a routine and no more. I dont like the decrease in eq. I feel its not worth it.

In the past when I would be doing ulis more then needed I had a 100% eq. So im going to focus on those exercises now

ok thanks to Looking4mores log. this is my set new routine.
putting away the bathmate until i can't gain anymore.

                      Monday Jp90
Tuesday jp90 with ulis and squeezes
                      Wedsnday OFF
                      Thursday Jp90
Friday Jp90 with ulis and squeezes.
                      Saturday OFF
                      Sunday OFF or Light stretches

Depending on how i feel with the intense ulis and squeezes i may take more rest days.

Sorry for all the questions ive been asking everyone and blowing up threads with my data overload and endless questions.

i feel this will be perfect because its the right amount of intensity and rest.

I will be doing the first routine of jp90 int he morning to get prepared for the next day.
The next day of jp90 with ulis i will do a little later in the day to make sure i get 1 1/2 days of rest if i dont need more.

Awesome, I can see you're feeling out a solid routine that fits you.

Concerning your posts about EQ, a lot different factors play into it. Health, age, habits, stress, self-confidence, emotional burdens, etc. all play a role.

My main obstacles were stress and self-confidence. Once I reduced my stress, I found it much easier to boost my self-confidence. I realized my stress compounded my confidence issues.
