    Hello All,

I am new to the gym, just moved over here from another forum. This place is way more active and has very good information available to the members.

I have only been doing structured PE for the last 3 months (12/16 will be 3 months). Prior to this routine I only did manual exercises here and there, nothing consistent. When I started, I didn't really have specific goals set, just a positive, never give up attitude. I think what drives me more than anything is the curiosity .

Currently using: X4Labs Anniversary edition extender with 3600g (allegedly) springs.
    Bathmate X40.
Traction Wrap (between sessions for no more than 30 minutes).
    Manual exercises.

The X4 I wear 4.5 - 6 hours per day / 5 days a week with the weekend being my rest days. For the first couple of hours I use a base tension of 1200g and progress up to the 3600g line for no more than 30 minutes. (If those are true tension levels.) 3 lines on extender, closest to glans should be ~1200, 2nd line ~2400 and 3rd line being ~3600 if I understand it correctly?

The X40 I use in the evenings after work for (3) 5 minute sessions with variations to the pressure in all 3 sessions. In between, I massage and do some wet jelq's.

Between sessions of the X4 throughout the day I also traction wrap for around 30 minutes at a time and also 1 hour prior to my bathmate session.

So that has pretty much been my routine for the last 3 months except for traction wrapping which I just started doing about 2 weeks ago.

Now on to measurements etc. I am just taking all my info. that I documented on another site and posting them here, I will update accordingly. I only track 2 measurements since I really don't care about flaccid hang or anything to that nature.

    Starting Out: 9/16/15

    BPEL - 17.9 cm / Approx. 7 inches
    EPG - 14.4 cm / Approx. 5.7 inches

    10/16/15

    BPEL - 18.5 cm / Approx. 7.3 inches
    EPG - 14.9 cm / Approx. 5.8 inches

    11/16/15

    BPEL: 18.8cm / Approx. 7.4 inches
    EPG: 15.1cm / Approx. 5.9 inches

Sorry about all the info. being condensed in to 1 post. Next measurement is a week from today. I find measurements a little more accurate in centimeter but will convert since mostly everyone here uses inches.

Anyway, I hope to learn more and continue on my PE regimen, try new things and just have fun with it.

    Cheers!

    3 month mark:

    BPEL: 19.2 cm / Approx. 7.5 inches
    EPG: 15.2 cm / Approx. 5.9+ inches

I have been traction wrapping for a bit of time now, while it worked ok, the wrap was somewhat uncomfortable from the material of it. I decided to replace it with a silicon sleeve from LGHanger , it is a very good quality silicon , the shore durometer is ok and comfortable although I had to stretch the sleeve for better comfort.

Depending on how next months measurements look, I may increase the durations of my current routine or incorporate some additional manual exercises. I am still very motivated and positive about my PE and keep finding more and more information here to apply to my own PE theory.

After several months of using the X4 Anniversary edition I am starting to run in to fitment issues with the wide girth base and adjuster screws, mostly the adjuster points rubbing on my shaft. I need to find a better solution, but for now I am using the torn up memory foams that came with the X4 as padding between my shaft and adjusters. I would prefer to get at least a year out of this extender but I can't seem to find any other company that has a wider girth base than X4...

      Dilemma's of PE and gains..

        Update: Measuring day.
        BPEL 19.4 cm / Approx. 7.65 inches
        EG 15.1 cm / Approx. 5.9 inches
Making changes to my routine, mostly increased tension for extender and additional pulse pumping time with the X40.
It has become quite tight in the wide girth base on my X4, the tensions screws rub my shaft (trying different padding. It is also rubbing the base of my shaft where girth is larger. I am trying to gain 2.5 cm in length total before I have to use another type of extender which fits girth. I may switch to hanging if I can't find support for another extender for my "needs".
Other than that, not much has changed in routine. In between the different PE , I use a silicone sleeve to maintain my stretch, works pretty well.
        Cheers.

          Update: Measuring day.
          BPEL: 19.7 cm / Approx. 7.75 inches
          MEG: 15.0 cm / Approx. 5.9 inches

I lost some hours this month using the extender, typical life stuff. Or maybe I just took more rest days? =)
          Till next month.
